The hotel's location is super convenient with plenty of amenities nearby. The decor is cozy yet tasteful, and the common areas are very inviting. Ellen at the front desk and Peter, the concierge manager, were both incredibly friendly and attentive. The room comfort was top-notch. Everything was thoughtfully put together, making for a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay.

It was very clean and odorless. The hotel is new, and I had a great experience. This is my first time staying at such a clean couple's hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised. I think everyone should try it; the value for money in Beijing is exceptionally high. The environment is genuinely clean, and the people are friendly. I brought my child to Beijing No. 3 Hospital, and the hotel's location is very close to the hospital. The hotel facilities and room amenities are all very clean, and the hotel even offered a complimentary late-night snack. It's a newly opened hotel from last year. When we checked out, my child's bracelet was left in the room. We only realized it after arriving back in Jilin. I contacted a hotel staff member, Sun Yi, who was incredibly enthusiastic and responsible. He immediately found the bracelet. After learning that we had already left Beijing, he asked for our address and contact number and sent it back to us via SF Express. Many thanks to Sun Yi! 🙏 If I come to Beijing again in the future, I will definitely stay at the丽怡 Hotel again!

Overall, a great experience. We were traveling with our child, and the front desk kindly upgraded us to a king-size room. Contrary to some reviews, it was very quiet – no issues with noise at all. The location is incredibly convenient, right next to Grand Capital Mall, so you can easily stroll around, dine, and shop in the evenings. It's also very close to Peking University, which was perfect for our visit there. The subway station is nearby, and you'll find a wide variety of coffee shops, including Peet's, % Arabica, Luckin Coffee, t.c. coffee, and Cotti Coffee, all within easy reach.

The facilities are complete and well-equipped. It's clean, tidy, and has no unpleasant odors. The environment is beautiful and pleasant. The service attitude is excellent, and the surrounding transportation is convenient. It's a great place to stay for business trips or tourism.

This is the place my child chose to stay while traveling in Beijing. I was surprised to find such a clean and comfortable place at such a great price! It even has a laundry area and a refrigerator – such a bargain! The receptionist was lovely and very helpful. I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

Mercure has always been a top choice for my friends and me when traveling in China. When checking in at 1 AM, the front desk agent, Yin Ruotong (Sweet), was still patient and meticulous in helping with the procedures. Liu Yanxiang's enthusiastic greetings brightened my day, and the auntie who cooks noodles in the restaurant always had a big smile. Wei Zhengquan at the front desk was also very helpful, patiently assisting me in finding my Taobao packages that were delivered to the hotel. A special shout-out goes to a young man at the front desk, wearing a black uniform, who worked the evening shift on May 19th; he tirelessly helped me track down numerous packages when I was collecting them. Thank you to all the staff for their thoughtful service, which made this stay particularly memorable.

I want to give a special shout-out to Xiao Wang at the front desk. I had a strict, last-minute photo requirement for my trip, and she was incredibly patient and helpful. She took the time to figure out solutions when we ran into issues, and never showed any impatience, even though it took a while. The photos turned out great, and I'm very satisfied. All our other communications were also very smooth. The cleaning lady was also very friendly and had a great attitude. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay these past few days.
