The room was very spacious and quiet. The hotel was excellent and thoughtful, offering a complimentary upgrade to a room with an outside window. There are two subway lines within 500 meters, making it very convenient for getting around. There are also food options near the subway entrance!

Extremely satisfied with this hotel! The room was spotless and odor-free, and the bedding was super comfortable. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and find places to eat. Fantastic value for money – I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. Five stars!

I first visited Beijing in June 2024 and have been back five times since. After my initial trip, I stayed at this Park Plaza hotel for my second visit. Honestly, I didn't have high hopes when booking online, but the moment I stepped into the hotel for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised! The environment was much better than I expected! The staff were all very kind and enthusiastic! The whole vibe was fantastic! That's why every time I've returned to Beijing since, I've booked this hotel! The environment is comfortable, and the location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. There are also many restaurants around the hotel, which is super handy! The reason I keep coming back to this hotel is because the entire atmosphere makes me feel incredibly comfortable, and there's a real sense of being at home. Especially last January, I had a medical issue. I called the front desk, and thanks to Mr. Xia Tongpu from the front desk, he helped me call an ambulance and got me to the hospital. While I was semi-conscious in the hospital, I vaguely saw Mr. Xia – who was a complete stranger to me at the time – busily helping me pay for expenses until my friends in Beijing arrived. He didn't leave until they got there! A year later, I went back to Beijing and stayed at their hotel again. This time, it happened to be a couple of extremely hot days! My health can't handle stuffy heat; I tend to get sick easily when it's hot. So, I called the front desk, and Mr. Xia Tongpu arranged for a cooling machine to be sent to my room. The next day, when I went for breakfast, it was particularly hot, and my body couldn't cope. My smartwatch kept alerting me! I quickly went back to my room to take my medicine and then looked for Mr. Xia Tongpu at the front desk because I saw him on my way to the restaurant. I asked him to send me some ice water, and he quickly arranged for a robot to deliver a cup of ice water. That wasn't enough, so I told him I needed some ice cubes, and again, he quickly arranged for a robot to deliver a box of ice cubes. This physical cooling prevented me from getting ill! I sincerely thank Mr. Xia Tongpu from the front desk; he helped me once again! If I ever go back to Beijing, I will definitely stay at this hotel again! Although my near-illness those two days was due to the extreme heat, it was also because the hotel wasn't yet able to provide air conditioning, as they have to comply with government regulations. So, it wasn't the hotel's fault. I'm mentioning the heat because I've seen many reviews giving this hotel a bad rating due to the hot weather, and I think it's unfair to the hotel. If they could provide air conditioning, I'm sure they would, but they also have to cooperate with government departments. I usually never write reviews, but I'm writing this honest account because I genuinely appreciate Mr. Xia from the front desk, and I also feel that those negative reviews are truly unfair to the hotel! I'm just speaking fairly!

The room was impeccably clean, and the simple yet elegant decor paired with soft lighting instantly dispelled travel fatigue. The bedding was as soft as sinking into a cloud, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom had a complete separation of wet and dry areas, plenty of hot water, and the toiletries had a fresh scent and were of high quality. Highly recommended!

The hotel is very close to the subway station, making travel super convenient, and there are plenty of restaurants and snack bars nearby. The bedding in the room felt quite new and clean, and the overall hygiene was good. The front desk staff were also very welcoming. However, the room itself is tiny, probably only about 10 square meters, and there are no facilities for washing or drying clothes. If you're looking for higher quality amenities, you might want to reconsider. But if cleanliness, hygiene, and a convenient location are your top priorities, then I'd recommend it.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The environment is lovely, and it's super close to Tsinghua University. This is actually my third time booking here. The front desk staff are incredibly polite and friendly. The facilities are all smart-enabled, which is a nice touch. Really, really good! (The pictures are just random ones I had).

This is our go-to hotel every time we visit Beijing. We're always impressed by the warm welcome, excellent location, and comprehensive facilities. After a long, tiring flight and some unexpected hiccups during check-in, Manager Gao Shuai's thoughtful arrangements smoothed everything out. This morning, seeing an attendant teaching children how to make special scented soaps was another delightful surprise. Thank you for such attentive service away from home – we're truly grateful to have found you! 👍👍❤️❤️

Highly recommend this gaming hotel! The computers are high-spec, the monitors have crystal-clear picture quality, and the keyboard, mouse, and headset experience is amazing—perfect for gaming sessions. The rooms are clean and spacious, with lighting that creates a fantastic gaming atmosphere, and even the hard-to-reach corners are spotless. The front desk service is excellent, check-in and check-out are quick, and the prices are very reasonable. It's my top choice for gaming with friends, and I've already added it to my favorites!

This hotel is located right next to the Meili Shopping Mall, across from Beijing West Railway Station. It's only a 5-minute walk to the station entrance via an underpass. The best part is the incredible price – amazing value for money! The lobby is very spacious and the overall environment is great. While the rooms aren't huge, they're fully equipped with everything you need and are clean and tidy, more than sufficient for a business trip. Downstairs, there are tons of food options, from cafes and snacks to BBQ. After visiting Beijing so many times, this is the first time I've found such a convenient hotel.

If they try to give you room 101, DO NOT TAKE THIS ROOM. It is right next to the front desk and the elevator and I couldn't sleep at all because of the constant stream of guests coming in late at night to check in to this love hotel. We picked the hotel because of the cute decorated rooms, which ended up being nice and fairly clean. The shower was good at least. But the bed was so loud and squeaky it was impossible for any love to happen. Also, the automatic vending machine charged me, but didn't produce any product. The front desk told me they did not have control over the machines and that I would have to contact the customer service of the machine. As I am not Chinese, this wasn't possible. He told me to go down the street to a 24 hour grocery store where I could purchase the product. When I told him I was probably going to leave a bad review then the front desk staff the next day offered to contact the vending machine customer service on my bahalf, which was nice. However, I still have not received any refund or indication that any sort of request is being processed :(
