The hotel is close to Beijingxie. Most of the staff is very helpful and pleasant. They offer free luggage storage for its guests. The restaurant on the 3rd floor is reasonably priced and quite tasty. The Lobby is beautiful and offers hot tea throughout the day. The room was perfect for me. It was extremely clean. They provide 2 bottles of water each day. It is starting to get cold at night in Beijing so the room was very warm.

Had an amazing stay at the hotel! The service was impeccable, and a special thanks to Tuffy at check-in, who went above and beyond to make the process smooth and welcoming. His kindness and attention to detail truly stood out. The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with excellent amenities. Highly recommend and will definitely return!

On a business trip to Haidian, I chose Mercure, a brand I've always had good experiences with. The front desk did mention that this room type might not be very spacious, but it actually exceeded my expectations significantly. The view was open and expansive, and the location was convenient, right next to the National Library. I'll definitely prioritize staying here on future business trips to Beijing.

The hotel accurately meets the requirements and provides free laundry service. My stay at Hilton Garden Inn was an absolute pleasure, truly exceeding all my expectations. First and foremost, I have to commend the front desk service. The staff member who checked me in was not only incredibly warm and friendly, with a genuine smile, but also incredibly thorough. He proactively provided all the essential information, from breakfast times and location to the gym's operating hours and Wi-Fi instructions. This immediately made us first-time guests feel welcome and comfortable, dispelling any initial unfamiliarity. A particular detail that left a strong impression was encountering one of the hotel's managers in the elevator. He not only greeted us with a smile and a friendly hello but also patiently inquired about our room's temperature and how well we slept. This spontaneous act of care truly reflects the management's dedication to guest experience and the entire team's professionalism, going far beyond mere formality. Also, the option to combine the twin beds into a king-size bed was a great idea!

The Hotel is in a good location if the intend is to spend more time visiting the main universities and research centers in Beijing. Hotel staff is courteous though their spoken English is could be better. The room has a lot of automated features but one draw back is when the water cistern shuts down at night, it triggers the toilet lights to come on which is not helpful if one is trying to have a good sleep. The executive lounge opens from noon to 8pm - it would be better if it was opened until 10 or 11pm so one could relax there after a long day's meetings.

The room is not that new but is good nevertheless. It is well maintained. The room we stayed at is in building 9 but the breakfast is in building 5. The breakfast hours does not extend long enough. The staff are very helpful and friendly. They are accommodating to requests and provide assistance when needed. The gym facility is in building 4 and you need to pay to access.

I've stayed at other Atour hotels in Beijing, and the overall experience was much better than at this one. The air conditioning vents were visibly dusty. At night, in the complete darkness, the blue light from the automatic curtain control device kept flashing intermittently on the curtains, which was quite distracting. The showerhead was so clogged that water only came out of a few holes, and the pressure was inconsistent. For an Atour S hotel, and with a price of nearly 1800 RMB for two nights, I felt the facilities definitely didn't justify the cost. Apart from its proximity to the school, the front desk staff were friendly enough, but the facilities themselves were very subpar.

Great place to stay. Nice hotel rooms and I had no problem with noise. Hotel service was very friendly and helpful. Could go to them for anything! Would 100% recommend

The hotel boasts an excellent, quiet location with spacious rooms, though the decor is a bit dated. Service was quite friendly. Prices fluctuate considerably, but the downstairs restaurant offers good food. I'm not certain I'll choose to stay here again.
