The room was decent, big enough for three suitcases, and had a full-length mirror, though the soundproofing wasn't great. Downstairs, there's a Nanchengxiang restaurant, which was absolutely delicious! After a long day, I'd just head there for dinner – no need to even think about ordering takeout. You can also grab breakfast there. Housekeeping came daily to clean and replenish bottled water, or you could hang a 'Do Not Disturb' sign if you preferred no service. However, the walk to Panjiayuan West was a bit far, about 8-10 minutes. On the bright side, there were plenty of shared bikes downstairs, and catching a taxi was super easy – they'd pick me up almost instantly. Overall, I highly recommend staying here!

Originally a very good stay experience: the staff is polite and welcoming, the internal security needs to be swiped, the room is arranged reasonably, the bedding is comfortable, there is a small intelligent system, the water flow is not blocked, and the hygiene is also very good. But there are two problems: There is a row of bungalows on the back side of the first floor, the doors and windows directly facing the room window, and the room is clear from the outside, resulting in no way to open the curtains. The second sound insulation is poor on all sides, talking outside the window, calling next door, talking in the room opposite the corridor, can be heard clearly. Especially on the night of April 12, there were male guests, from 12 am to 1 am, talking loudly to each other in the corridor, noisy no one can fall asleep, and finally the guests in other rooms came out to persuade. So since the sound insulation is very poor, I hope the hotel can do a good job of informing and persuading obligations. After all, many people live here are tired airport passengers.

The hotel is really quiet and super close to the subway, which made getting around a breeze. I stayed for three nights and it was incredibly comfortable, offering fantastic value for money. I totally forgot to take photos of the room, so the pictures are of the lobby that I took later. Seriously, if you're coming to Beijing, you can't go wrong with this hotel!

Hotel located in a convenient location for visiting Peking and Tsinghua university. Within walking distance to metro stations, restaurants and convenience stores. Hotel is clean but a bit dim, especially in the bathroom. If you are sensitive to noise it might not be good as you can hear noises from outside and in the corridors quite easily. There is daily room service and customer service is good. You can order take away and collect it from the first floor. Overall recommend!

The room was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The staff were really welcoming and even proactively upgraded our room! (˶╹ꇴ╹˶)~ The location is super convenient for transportation, right near Suzhou Street subway station, and there are plenty of restaurants downstairs. Overall, a very satisfying experience~

The IU Hotel in Liyuan is in a prime location, with convenient transportation and shopping, and many places to eat. The room is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete, and the service is thoughtful and enthusiastic. It is a pleasant experience and I will come again next time.

Traveling with kids to Universal Studios, this hotel is quite close to the park. They offer scheduled free shuttle service, which is very convenient. If you need to go back and forth between the park and the hotel at other times, a taxi isn't expensive, and there are also public buses and subways available, getting you there quickly. There are many great restaurants around the hotel. The hotel itself is clean and tidy, and since it's newly opened, the rooms are very new. The staff are warm and polite, making for a pleasant stay.

This is my first choice for business trips. The service attitude of the front desk and the quality of the room lady are all very good. The facilities are also very complete and no deposit is required. The most important thing is the zero-pressure mattress and pillow, which are very comfortable to sleep with!

The 3rd floor air-conditioning unit was very old and noisy so we asked to change rooms and they gave us a room on the 2nd floor. The 2nd floor room was quite a bit better.
