I was here for my child's graduation ceremony and was worried about not making the check-out time. The front desk staff were very kind and offered a late check-out. The hotel is very clean and the facilities are new. Highly recommended!

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel in Beijing. The staff were excellent — very friendly, considerate, and always helpful. They even helped me receive and take care of my Taobao deliveries, and assisted with packing, which I really appreciated. The room was comfortable and quiet, with comfy beds. I slept very well during my stay, and the air conditioning worked perfectly without being noisy, which made a big difference. The location is also very convenient, just a short walk from Wangfujing main street, so it’s easy to get around and find food and shopping. Another nice touch was the free late-night snacks — they offered porridge and side dishes, which was great after a long day. Overall, the staff’s service really stood out. They were friendly, responsive, and quick to help with anything I needed :)

Madison hotel Beijing Tongzho Universal is one of the best hotels we stayed at. We booked 2 rooms for a week-long stay. Staff were extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast variety was average. And funny robot assistants will make your stay here even more interesting and exciting! The location is great, there is a free shuttle to Universal studio from the hotel in the morning at 8:20. And in the evening the shuttle back to the hotel is at 09:20. This hotel is perfect for a family vacation and we will definitely stay here again!

Choosing the Meilun Hotel this time was absolutely the right decision! The room was much more spacious than I expected, and the facilities were incredibly complete. The mini-fridge was a lifesaver for storing the kids' snacks and milk. The bedding was so soft, my child slept soundly, and all the little details were spot on. The hotel is very close to the exhibition hall, just a ten-minute walk, and the surrounding area is quite pleasant, perfect for an evening stroll with the little one. The staff were all super friendly; they even offered to help with our luggage when they saw we had a child. The local restaurants they recommended were also fantastic and offered great value for money. It was an excellent stay all around!

Everything was great, and the service was excellent. The breakfast menu changed daily, which was a nice touch. One suggestion: the coffee wasn't very good (even though it was complimentary). I hope they can improve the selection of coffee beans, the different flavor ratios on the coffee machine, and the milk options. Another suggestion would be to provide summer duvets; currently, they only have spring/autumn ones.

The hotel environment is clean and hygienic, and the room layout is well-designed with excellent natural light and ventilation. The facilities are complete and well-maintained, and the toiletries are of good quality. The staff are friendly and patient, and respond promptly. The location is excellent, with a full range of amenities nearby. It's great value for money, and my stay exceeded expectations. Highly recommended!
