The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the National Museum, Forbidden City, and Wangfujing, all within walking distance. After checking in, I was resting in my room when a staff member knocked once and immediately swiped their card to enter. That's a pretty poor sense of service. Later that evening, I discovered the shower drain was clogged, and the bathroom flooded. Although the staff promptly moved me to another room, it was already 11 PM, which was quite a hassle. I hope they improve their cleanliness and service in the future.

Service: They have a delivery robot, and the service is excellent. Surprise farewell gift upon check-out: I don't think this was offered. If it's not provided, it shouldn't be mentioned in the booking details. Mini-bar: This was a nice touch. The fridge wasn't super cold, but it was perfectly adequate. Capital Airport pick-up/drop-off service: I'm not sure about this service as I took a taxi to the airport myself.

My top choice for travel accommodation, the experience was excellent, and I've already recommended it to friends. The check-out process was simple and fast, communication was smooth throughout, and the facilities were complete and in good working order. There was plenty of hot water, and the soundproofing was great, making it very quiet. The food supply was also abundant.

All the staff are very friendly, the beds in the rooms are very comfortable, and it offers great value for money.

Attending a concert at the Bird's Nest was made incredibly convenient as there's a direct shuttle right outside the hotel. I was really impressed with both the environment and the service here; you can truly feel the hotel's warmth and professionalism. The front desk staff were friendly, and check-in was quick and efficient. My room was spotless and well-equipped, and the bed was so soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel's location is excellent, perfect for both business trips and sightseeing. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

The front desk staff were very enthusiastic. The only downside was that only rooms on the first floor and the last room on the third floor were available. I ended up choosing the last room on the third floor because it seemed there was a conference nearby, and the hotel was very full, so no room upgrade was possible. The self-service laundry at night was very convenient.

Madison hotel Beijing Tongzho Universal is one of the best hotels we stayed at. We booked 2 rooms for a week-long stay. Staff were extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast variety was average. And funny robot assistants will make your stay here even more interesting and exciting! The location is great, there is a free shuttle to Universal studio from the hotel in the morning at 8:20. And in the evening the shuttle back to the hotel is at 09:20. This hotel is perfect for a family vacation and we will definitely stay here again!
