Nice upscale hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and other shared areas. Good sized rooms with big windows. Fantastic gym for workouts with a lot more equipment than most hotels. Is the reason I chose this hotel. Only minus is about a 15-20 minute walk to two different metro lines, but can walk or shared bike is ok. Easy for cars and Didi/Taxi pickups. Shower was very good too. I would stay here again.

This hotel is geared towards families with children, and most guests are here with their kids. The beds in the rooms are a bit high, which isn't safe for small children getting in and out, and there are no carpets. Also, the steps next to the bathtub have several sharp corners that really should have protective corner guards for safety. On top of that, the air conditioning didn't blow any hot air at all, even after running it all night. The room temperature simply wasn't warm enough for bathing a baby. And when I checked out, they didn't immediately inform me about items I'd left in the room – in fact, they didn't tell me at all. I only realized I'd left something after I got home and was looking for it. It seems they only retrieve forgotten items if the guest remembers and contacts them. I really wonder if this is the standard for five-star hotels these days?

The hotel has a great location, right next to Wanda Plaza, with everything you need for dining, entertainment, and leisure. The handsome receptionist, JeeJ, was patient and friendly, and even provided complimentary breakfast for the children. There's also a gym and swimming pool, so we took advantage of the last days of the holiday to let the kids have a swim. Overall, we were very satisfied with the location, facilities, and service, and therefore give it a five-star rating! 👍👍
