The room is nice, and the price is great. It's close to Panjiayuan subway station, which is a good location. There are plenty of convenient dining options downstairs nearby. I highly recommend staying here.

Facilities: This hotel offered a very comfortable stay. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly and were spotless. It's incredibly convenient for getting around Beijing, especially since it rained quite a bit during my stay. The front desk even had free umbrellas I could borrow, which was a very thoughtful touch. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was also excellent, very neat and tidy. While the room layout was a bit small, everything was very practical. I really liked how well the space was utilized – very clever. In terms of value for money, it's quite good. Environment: The environment was just average. Service: However, the service attitude was exceptional. The ladies at the front desk were all very enthusiastic, and check-in was incredibly fast. The service here is much better than other hotels. They even reminded me when I had a lot of things to carry and, incredibly, when I left my phone at the front desk, one of the staff members responsibly asked me to unlock it before returning it. I really appreciate such responsible staff and their service attitude. I definitely commend their service, it's far better than other hotels. I'd recommend this hotel to my friends and will prioritize staying here again on my next visit.

The hotel was clean and hygienic, the receptionist was very helpful, and they offered free luggage storage. It's very close to the subway, making it convenient for getting around. I recommend it to everyone.

The hotel has a convenient location if you need an accommodation close to the West Railway Station but even though it's not far, getting there from/to the station on foot with a heavy suitcase might be a challenge because of the pavements on the way... The room is tiny but warm in winter. Even though my room was ment for two people, because of it's size, I felt it could be too small for more than a solo traveller. But maybe I had too big luggage 🤭. The staff is very nice but I have no idea do they speak English - I was communicating in Chinese. There's a few local restaurants right next to the hotel.

The hotel is very easy to find in the station, and it is very convenient to get off in the middle of the night. There is no hot water in the middle of the bath, the waiter actively coordinates, the service attitude is very good, very warm. Go out next time and go back!

The overall experience is OK, the service is warm and sincere. Other feelings: There is no telephone in the room, and the Internet speed is not smooth. The most funny thing is that after inserting the room card to draw electricity for about a quarter of an hour, the indoor electric meter will make a regular noise every few seconds. This is the case in two rooms. It may be related to the selection of the electric meter. If you are not sensitive to sound, it is okay.

The room was newly renovated and I was very satisfied. The boss upgraded the room for free. The service attitude was sincere. The transportation nearby was very convenient. There was a subway station just outside and a hospital across the overpass. The price was affordable. There were many snacks around. The room was exactly as shown in the picture. A good stay experience. I have been staying here for many days. It was great. I will come again next time.

This hotel is mostly suitable for layovers I think. It's location is fairly close to the Railway station and there are a couple restaurants nearby. Small clean rooms, with all of the basic amenities you would expect. My bed was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean, it was a good time. There was some sort of situation where I think the elevator was being repaired during my trip, so the staff showed me and a few other customers to the stairs so that we could return to our rooms. Unfortunately the doors for stairs at each floor were locked so we had to wait a while to actually return to our rooms, as the staff tried to contact another staff member to open the doors. A strange situation, not sure why the stairs entrance wasn't accounted for, while the elevator was being repaired. in conclusion: Despite my take-out dinner getting extremely cold as I waited to be allowed back into the hotel, I don't have any real problems with the hotel, it's a good value for the price.
