I discovered this in the middle of the night and tried to contact the front desk to have them delivered, but I couldn't get through after five calls. I had to go to the front desk myself to get them. When I complained to the front desk, they didn't offer a single apology.

It is very upscale, comfortable to live in, and the front desk service is thoughtful. The subway station is right outside the door, which is the most convenient thing. The transportation is convenient, and the hotel is right outside the subway station. They even had work places where u can calmly work and relax with your laptop He went above and beyond in every way: he stored our food and luggage for us, even after we had already checked out, so we could move freely without the extra weight.
