Five-star review! The airport pick-up service was incredibly thoughtful. After getting our luggage, we called the front desk, and they answered immediately. The driver arrived at the designated spot very quickly, and was polite and enthusiastic, which made for a fantastic first impression. The hotel lobby's decor is quite stylish and well-designed, especially compared to other hotels in the same category. It really sets a high standard and made a strong first impression. The front desk service was meticulous and attentive. They not only kindly helped us add breakfast to our reservation but also proactively asked about airport drop-off and wake-up calls, which was very considerate and warm. The guest rooms feature a minimalist urban design with a moderate amount of space and excellent soundproofing. The facilities are brand new and complete, and the amenities meet standard requirements, with two bath towels, two hand towels, one floor towel, and all the necessary shower and shampoo products. The bathroom experience was superb, with perfect water temperature and pressure. Additional facilities like the gym and laundry room are well-equipped, making it very convenient for travel and stay. Although breakfast isn't overly extravagant, the chicken soup shredded pork noodles at the noodle station were incredibly aromatic and surprisingly delicious – truly memorable. Our two-night stay was very comfortable and perfectly alleviated the fatigue of a long flight. The overall experience exceeded our expectations. We will definitely choose this Starway hotel again for our next trip! ♥

This time, I took my child to the General Emergency Hospital for medical treatment, which made travel convenient. The room is fully equipped, clean, and decorated in a light luxury style. It is very upscale, comfortable to live in, and the front desk service is thoughtful. There is a subway station at the entrance of the hotel and it is also very close to the General Emergency Hospital, just a few minutes' walk away. Overall, it's a five-star rating. The subway station is right outside the door, which is the most convenient thing. The transportation is convenient, and the hotel is right outside the subway station. You don't have to walk too much and don't have to be very tired or hard. I also like the hotel's decoration style. Worth recommending.

I stayed here while visiting friends in Beijing. The environment was comfortable, and the front desk staff were welcoming and quickly processed my check-in, even offering me two cups of jujube tea – a thoughtful touch. The room was spacious, the mattress was very comfortable, and I slept very well. I was pleasantly surprised to find a mahjong table in the suite, which was perfect for us to sit and chat. We drank a lot of tea, and the front desk kindly brought us bottled water several times – I was very grateful. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Beijing.

Came to Beijing with a friend, and this hotel was chosen by them; it's under the HUAZHU Hotels Group. It's my first time staying at a HUAZHU hotel, and I think the value for money is pretty good. **Environment**: The room booked for me was right next to the elevator, so it was a bit noisy. However, their laundry room is quite good. It rained quite a bit when I was in Beijing, so being able to dry clothes was very convenient. Though, some impolite guests put their shoes in the dryer. **Hygiene**: It was just okay. Even with an electric mosquito repellent, there were still mosquitoes. Maybe Beijing was just too hot at the time. The taxi driver told me that the area I was staying in was quite close to several local snack streets that even Beijingers frequent, like 'Guijie' (Ghost Street). I went there and tried some lamb skewers, which were really tasty.

The room is quite clean, suitable for family travel, the mattress is comfortable, and the service staff's attitude is also very good. In the Qi Province Courtyard, the Qilu Garden next to it also tastes good. Recommended

We checked into the hotel on 16th February 2026, the day before the Chinese New Year starting day. The girl at reception checked in us quickly and gave two pouches of toiletries. The room and bathroom were super clean with necessary items like tissues, bath towels, hair dryer, disposable slippers, shampoo, shower gel, hand wash, mugs, water heater, water bottles etc. Everyday they did room service and provided us with new water bottles. The hot air from the air conditioner made the room warm. The same night they gave us a box of freshly made dumplings as a complement and as a new year treat. It had a hand-written note on it. It was very kind of them. Our package included breakfast and they supplied it from a selected menu, into the room at our requested time, on time. Food was delicious and comforting. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. They gave good service. The room was a bit small but very clean and quite cozy. The breakfast was nothing fancy but good value for money. The location is pretty far from the center of Beijjng, but it was in the neighborhood where we wanted to be as it is close to the university.

The hotel met my requirements: comfortable bed, enclosed shower, hot water, daily cleaning, mosquito nets on the windows, and air conditioning. I was able to check in early in the morning, which was very convenient. The noise from the main road might bother some people. Good location: close to the Guomao metro station (2 lines) and good restaurants.
