STARWAY Hotels in Beijing

We checked into the hotel on 16th February 2026, the day before the Chinese New Year starting day. The girl at reception checked in us quickly and gave two pouches of toiletries. The room and bathroom were super clean with necessary items like tissues, bath towels, hair dryer, disposable slippers, shampoo, shower gel, hand wash, mugs, water heater, water bottles etc. Everyday they did room service and provided us with new water bottles. The hot air from the air conditioner made the room warm. The same night they gave us a box of freshly made dumplings as a complement and as a new year treat. It had a hand-written note on it. It was very kind of them. Our package included breakfast and they supplied it from a selected menu, into the room at our requested time, on time. Food was delicious and comforting. Traveling with my family, I spent a long time debating and finally chose this family room, and it did not disappoint at all! The space is open and bright, with two large beds ample for four people, and plenty of storage for luggage and snacks. There were no strange odors in the room, and the ventilation and natural light were excellent. The bathroom was spacious and not cramped. The breakfast spread was extensive, with options to suit both young and old. The staff were warm and polite, patiently resolving any issues we had. The room was quiet and peaceful, ensuring neither the elderly nor the children were disturbed. It offers great value for money, and I wholeheartedly recommend it for families traveling together.

The hotel in Beijing was a bit cramped, but overall the service was quite good. On the second day, after checking out, I left my luggage at the front desk. When I came back in the evening to pick it up, I wanted to use the restroom, but was refused. The front desk said there were no 'dirty rooms' (meaning, no rooms currently occupied or recently vacated that could be used). So, can't I just use a clean one then? Is that really such an outrageous request?

This is my second stay here, and it's as clean and tidy as ever. The front desk service is thoughtful and efficient, and the surrounding area has convenient dining and transportation options.

The hotel met my requirements: comfortable bed, enclosed shower, hot water, daily cleaning, mosquito nets on the windows, and air conditioning. I was able to check in early in the morning, which was very convenient. The noise from the main road might bother some people. Good location: close to the Guomao metro station (2 lines) and good restaurants.

The room is quite clean, suitable for family travel, the mattress is comfortable, and the service staff's attitude is also very good. In the Qi Province Courtyard, the Qilu Garden next to it also tastes good. Recommended

Stayed one night in Beijing for a layover, and it's my second time here! After picking up my luggage and making a call, the shuttle arrived in less than 10 minutes. The driver was friendly and courteous. We arranged the airport shuttle for the next day, and it departed right on time. A top choice for a layover! The hotel is clean and quiet; I brought earplugs but didn't need them. I'll definitely be back if I have the chance!

My stay at Starway Hotel far exceeded expectations; it truly lives up to its reputation as a reliable brand under Huazhu! The hotel's location is super convenient, close to a subway station and commercial areas, making both travel and dining hassle-free. The lobby is simple yet grand, and the front desk service was efficient and warm. Check-in was lightning fast, and they thoughtfully provided local travel tips. The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free. The custom bedding was just right – not too soft, not too firm – and the skin-friendly linens gave me a great night's sleep. The double-glazed windows did an amazing job of blocking out all outside noise. The bathroom had a well-designed wet/dry separation, ample hot water, and quality toiletries. The biggest surprise was breakfast; their signature 'Starway Noodles' were authentic and delicious, paired with a rich variety of local specialty snacks. It was both diverse and tasty. Overall, the value for money is excellent. Everything from the facilities to the service reflects careful attention to detail. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!

Clean room, staff are very thoughtful and kind, helpful for sure!! There are self laundry room and everything is very convenient and flexible with the help of the staff. The location was also very convenient, close to TsingHua Uni, worth every penny!!

This time, I took my child to the General Emergency Hospital for medical treatment, which made travel convenient. The room is fully equipped, clean, and decorated in a light luxury style. It is very upscale, comfortable to live in, and the front desk service is thoughtful. There is a subway station at the entrance of the hotel and it is also very close to the General Emergency Hospital, just a few minutes' walk away. Overall, it's a five-star rating. The subway station is right outside the door, which is the most convenient thing. The transportation is convenient, and the hotel is right outside the subway station. You don't have to walk too much and don't have to be very tired or hard. I also like the hotel's decoration style. Worth recommending.
