"This is the 1st time in my life that I have an awful experience at a hotel. They have light sensors inside the rooms and they kept turning on every 15min. My partner and I did not get any sleep at all. The worst part was the 2nd hand smoke coming in through the ventilators and through the AC. Hotel even says they are newly refurnished and have a zero tolerance of smoking! Go firgure that. We had such an awful experience. We asked for a full refund and we have yet to receive any refund."

"Booked a room for a friend, . Wasnt to thrilled with the tub needing to be reglazed. The paint was chipping off in 2 spots. Also upon entering the room, there was a dried stain from some sort of leaking substance at the entry of the doorway. You could see the trail outside leading into or from the room."
