"I have booked to stay at this hotel for 7 nights on their de-stress all inclusive package from 9-15 May. This stay was booked nd fully paid for in mid January. Earlier this week I received an email requesting that I alter the dates of my stay due to a “problem” - which was clearly overbooking. I replied that unfortunately this was not possible due to my travel arrangements. I was very upset by this and concerned that the stay that I had been looking forward to was now disrupted. I received no further communication from the hotel and had to chase them on a number of occasions before receiving a response. The response was that they would be moving me on the last night of my stay to their hotel in Rabat, but not to worry as they would do this for free and also transport me to the airport for my flight at no additional charge. Totally unacceptable- no offer of compensation, no apology. Apart from the above I have emailed three times to ask whether it is possible to book my treatments in advance, no response. Clearly this is not the kind of service you expect from a hotel of this standard. Who knows what the outcome of this will be. This was supposed to be a relaxing de-stress break for me (as a solo traveller) after an extremely stressful few months starting a new life in a new country. I am still waiting for a response to my last email …………."
