We asked for at least some water, and the young, thin, dark-haired waiter ridiculed us in front of other customers, laughing and giving us dirty looks until we got up and left. "Stayed in this hotel as part of a family small group holiday. Staff at reception spoke perfect English and were welcoming. Room was spacious, we had a slightly odd arrangement where we walked through the bathroom to reach the room - we were staying as a family of 3 and opening the hotel door directly into the bathroom took a bit of getting used to. Pleasant view onto terrace and swimming pool area, would have loved a balcony to make best use of this. Breakfast varied, staff attentive. Hotel was busy with several large groups staying during the week we were there but didn't impact us too much. "
