"Stayed at Airport Hotel Billund for one night before an early flight and it was a great choice. The location is perfect—just a few minutes from the airport, making it extremely convenient for travelers.
The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with everything needed for a short stay. Beds were good, and despite being close to the airport, noise was not an issue. Check-in was smooth and staff were friendly and helpful.
Overall, a practical, stress-free hotel for transit stays or early departures. Would definitely stay again when flying from Billund."
"The room was nice, one queen bed and one bunk bed. Two big and two small are just right. The breakfast is considered normal. There is a children's play area in the restaurant, where children can play, and adults can have a solid meal. The hotel's outdoor garden also has a large play area for children. Cross the path to Legoland. Lego House is not too far away, just 5 minutes by car."
"The location was perfect!! 5 mins walking distance to Lalandia and Lego Land. We came with a car so it wasn't a big problem to get dinner in the city centre (5 mins). Breakfast was great with a lot of hand-made options.
The downsides are that the room was incredibly warm like the other comments mentioned. We visited in September but still had to open the windows all the way to ventilate the room. Otherwise there was 0 ventilation. Attitude of some hotel staff was also a bit unfriendly. But it was fine for one night."
"The hotel is more than 10 minutes' walk from Lego House. There are few restaurants around, but there is a restaurant inside the hotel. The room facilities are relatively old, the room heating is not very good, and the shower water is not very hot. Fortunately, breakfast is included, which is quite rich. In terms of convenient transportation, I still recommend staying here, and it also satisfies the Lego sentiment"
"In the middle of the courtyard, bathroom, kitchen with living room (one of the glass walls) and 2 bedrooms-closed with sliding doors. Bed and towel available with extra charge. It is electric heating.
We were concerned about the sense of the climate of Legoland and it was 100% successful. The landscape is accommodated, numerous figures made of lego, and we still got to the time of Halloween celebration. It was great. Children were delighted and we were too. For children from the ”village” a competition was organized with awards. You had to find a letter-to-password center on the ground.
The 24-hour reception with a nice staff, there is also a shop, a pizza (it was just inactive) and a restaurant (pay for a plate and you can eat and drink willingly). Children are delighted because they put ice cream from the slot to the cup and decorated what they wanted, and there is also the whole lingo room for laying and nintendo games."
"Foreign countries are really not suitable for this resort hotel (the room is far from the main station, and it is distributed in different areas), the bedding such as quilt cover is used up, and it has to be dismantled by itself and sent to the main station. The water heater malfunctioned at night, and the reception desk replied that the workers had been off work and could not handle it. Let us go to the public restroom to wash. The key is that it is still raining outside."
"The hotel is not big, about 15 minutes walk from Legoland and 25 minutes from Lego House. You can walk there if the weather is good and you are not tired. The free bus is the city shuttle, which runs every half an hour. The pick-up point is about 100 meters north of the hotel, a very small waiting shelter. You can also take it to and from the airport, otherwise it will cost more than 100 yuan to take a taxi (6 kilometers away). The front desk and restaurant are in the center of the hotel, surrounded by one or two-story guest rooms, and there is enough parking space outside the guest rooms. The room, breakfast and value for money are OK. There is a RV campsite on the north side of the hotel for 5 minutes walk, where children can play, and there is also a small supermarket and restaurant. Of course, the truly affordable supermarket is to go south from the hotel, go west around the island, and walk for more than 10 minutes, there is a local supermarket (opposite to Figure 7)."
"We met the friendliest staff from the get go at this place.(especially the nice receptionist that works day shift). The rooms are neat, nicely decorated (with a touch of elegance and home confy) very comfortable lines and bed (we slept so good the whole night in our 2 night stay). We appreciated that a electric fan was provided in the room (very thoughtful, we take this a sign that these people think about the comfort of the guests). They have sufficient lounge areas that had playrooms and a common kitchen a
Fridge. Breakfast was also a pleasant experience, not too overwhelming with the selctions (nut enough). They provided all types of milk (for eks soy, oatmeal etc). The location was good, you are at the city senter with some selections of restaurants nearby, (close to lego house) and a convenient store and not far from Legoland and Lalandia and there was a free shuttle service as well. A very big plus for me (car traveller) was a good space for parking at the back of the hotel and e chargers as well. Guests should not forget to check the mini shop they had with so many goodies to buy and this hotel has a restaurant too for guets thay might want some dinner.
Only thing that was missing in my opinion was an ice machine:-) and a fridge in the room ( but i guess little space for that)
All in all a very good experience for us."
