"Health, the environment is very good, the city is small and very quiet."

"This place is so beautiful. There are many outdoor activities around the hotel. The geographical location is very advantageous. There are many restaurants and supermarkets around. It is very convenient. You just need a car, otherwise it will be inconvenient."

"Nice people and fantastisk service. Nice room and good bed and with AC. Good food also in the pizzeria."

"We spontaneously reserved a table on Saturday. Delicious, high-quality food. Friendly, attentive staff. Large, free parking lot. Direct access to the heath."

"A good, clean, and very friendly place with a bar/restaurant on the bottom floor. The room could have been a bit larger, but it was OK. Breakfast was great! Interesting that every guest had their numbered table and a thermos with hot coffee on the table waiting. A coffee machine with espresso etc. was also available. I would come again."

"Arrival: 08.09. / Departure: 11.09.2026 Reason: Recommendation of a familiar person who was guest in 2025 with a travel group. What we found TOP: 1. Room: No. 39 – quiet and clean 2. Personal: friendly, fast, helpful and attentive 3. Kitchen: Excellent (buffet really Class, super selection, salad excellent, In particular, the preparation of Red Bete came very close to us as lovers. Thanks to the chef and Mr. Rieck (adjoint to staff in the restaurant) We had a nice conversation at 10.09.2026 at table 514 after dinner each. What recommendation we have: Please stay in service as we have known you. Thank you from the couple from BL Brandenburg (14542 Werder /Havel)"

"Excellent location for hiking and walks."

"We have had one bad experience which definitely has affected how we think of this place. Before we left our home to visit it here, we have been looking through our booking to see what we should bring (e.g towels, bed linens etc). In our booking confirmation and in the app AND in the FAQ section, it said we should leave bed linen and towels on the floor when we departure. We arrived, believing there would be bed linen and towels included, but there were none here. My husband went to the reception to ask for help because we were confused. In the cabin, it also states that we should leave it on the floor. My husband is met by a woman who has been working here for many years telling him in German (that she insist on doing meanwhile she’s saying that she understand him) that it is communicated on their webpage. So my husband was told that we needed to pay for it. The ONLY place it states this information is when you book the cabin. It says “By request”. So do you, Center Parcs, really expect your guests to either remember this information months ahead or do you really expect us to act like we want to book a cabin again just to check for this important information before we visit you? It is a bad customer experience, bad information architecture in your digital products and just a really bad way to handle it. Apart from the above, The facilities are okay. But the place is worn and used. Our Comfort cabin is overall ok, but much of it is worn and dirty. The cleaning is done really bad - there are stains on the floor and several marks on the walls. The cabin is cold in the mornings and evenings and we need to use blankets and sweaters to keep us warm, especially our 3 year old. It seems like the only way to warm up the cabin is by using the fireplace where we need to buy wood first."

"Amazing experience, worth taking the time to come especially there. Lots of activities and nature. Great food. Great water park. We will be definitely coming again. Especially recommend renting bikes and exploring the park and nature together."
