"Came for a conference in the conference room. The room has not enough air-conditioners. It becomes too hot as the day progresses. The Veranda and stairs to the conference hall were not as clean. Meals are average quality and quantity. The conference hall has no disability friendly structures. No ramps for a wheel chair user to access it. Generally, the location of the hotel is good, very quite and less of disturbances. Environment is good, I like the heavy presence of vegetation all over the premises. Staff are friendly and seem to know what they are doing, especially a young man called Jonathan."

"I always look forward to my stay at the Ryalls. Each time I arrive it is a feeling of coming home❤️. Greeted by warm friendly faces, the personal touch of a welcome gift (home baked biscuits 😋), and checking in on how you are continuously during your stay. The rooms are comfortable and offer everything you need. Two restaurants and bars within the vicinity and beautiful gardens where you can unwind after a long day of work. The conference rooms are spacious and work well for meetings or conference needs. I can't wait for my next visit!"

"I really enjoyed my stay here and would stay again. Staff are friendly and responsive by email. I got an airport pickup for $30. The room and bathroom were very spacious and even came with a tub! The breakfast is an extensive buffet—not to my taste but I think the locals like it. As for clean food, you can get fresh fruit, coffee with milk, nuts, cucumber and boiled egg. There’s a nice lobby where you can hang out and charge your phone. There is a restaurant inside the hotel but I didn’t eat there. There is an ATM right outside the hotel and inside the mall. I had a room that faced the back side with a lovely view of trees and some urban maize fields. Room had AC and lots of light too."
