"This review is for the Bistro ONLY. My wife and another couple arrived for lunch at around 1130am for lunch on a Thursday. The lone server greeted us and told us there was a delay in taking our orders. Two tables of four each were ahead of us. She seated us. Took our drink orders. Arrived about 15 mins later. Then about 40 mins later she came back to take our main orders. We ordered a BLT sandwich, and three Chicken Ceasar Wraps. All had fries. The total total bill was over $ 80.00. Then about 40 mins later, our orders came. The BLT sandwich had 1 piece of bacon and tin slice of tomato. Barely a handful of cold fries. The Wraps had same amount of fries, except one wrap had no fries. They were stiill being cooked. We ate fast because were were so hungry. Asked for the bill. Paid it and had to remind the server of the missing fries. They came in a take out container with barely a handful again. It took us over an hour and half to have lunch. There are only 5-6 tables in the small restaurant. Two other tables left after we arrived."

"Hotel restaurant would not serve breakfast on 11 May, claiming too busy to prepare for Mother's Day brunch. Could only take breakfast box, which only contained a very green banana, an over boiled cold egg, a small cold muffin, a box of juice, no cutlery, no other drinks, in contrast to the breakfast form we were required to fill in when we checked in on Friday. Why bother to fill in form? Not fair to hotel guest. They could have set breakfast end time at 10am instead of 10:30 on that day and start their brunch at 11am. Lady who served breakfast treated her customers like children, insisting which entrance customers must enter from, must put away their room card envelop etc."

"Absolutely the worst restaurant we have visited in Canada in the last 30 years. Schnitzel was on the menu plan we ordered! It was absolutely served without any ingredient smiled with a lot of mustard almost ineating! Because there was no menu to breastfeed some hunger I ordered a little frites afterwards , but had nothing to do with potatoes , rather with something ! The ordered sweet water consisted of over 50% ice cubes ! Leave Slice 28 $ Total overprice the price and all seems to be made up only from debris to take off lucky people as far as possible without reward money"
