"This is one of my worst experiences I ever had in my life. With our arrival we were alone at reception and then a Swedish lady entered reception, the Albanian guy at reception made us wait for about 20 minutes while we were waiting. No help were offered to get our luggage to our tree house and we had to struggle alone to get it to our room. We couldn’t find our “nest” and returned to reception and the answer to us was you weren’t listening like a naughty child. It is a huge thing to get into your nest but anyway we managed! We reported 4 times that the wifi is not working and the Albanian guy said four times that he is going to repair it. When I reported again the new lady at reception , Maja said it is off and will not be on line soon. Your shower is outside your cabin and not enough clean towels were available. We had to get some from a neighbouring sauna. Food is also extremely expensive about 3 times more than in Stockholm. Here is nothing except a Coop that is walkable. I will never in my live recommend this place to any one. Don’t get stuck here without a vehicle, you are going to regret it! This morning Maja at reception just wanted to know what can she do to or give to make it better…….I said nothing just resolve the problem!"
