"We love Hotel Palace!!! This is the perfect hotel in Bormio for a family and friends ski holiday. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Taking the shuttle to the ski gondola is very easy, but also walking is very quick. The food is delicious, high quality and variety to suit everyone. The 4 course menu changes every night. Children can eat from the regular menu, but they also cater so well for fussy eaters with a choice of kid friendly pastas and meat dishes. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The pool is very large and clean. The spa and jacuzzi are wonderful after skiing. Do not forget to see Bruno at the bar for pre-dinner drinks and nibbles!"

"We stayed as part of the GBNI team participating in the world transplant winter games. The hotel was allocated and we were very impressed. The whole place was spotless, beds were comfortable, breakfast and dinner was provided and was beautifully cooked and served. Waking every morning to the beautiful sight of the surrounding mountains started the day in the best of ways. All the staff were cheerful and friendly and went out of their way to help. Nothing was too much trouble. Walking paths into town and the local bus service were easily accessible. I would definitely recommend the Vallecetta."

"We stayed in the hotel is second time. Location excellent, the views of the mountains. This accommodation all was superb. The decoration hotels was ideally and charming . Lobby with plenty of lounge space, beautiful comfortable sofas. Proprietors was very helpful. Loved the atmosphere of the hotel, the lovely caring staff. The room wonderful, the bed extremely comfortable, sleep was wonderful, good big sofa, safe, coolbox, plenty of places to store things. Clean cotton sheets and towels. Excellent cleaning. Outstanding service in the restaurant. Nice breakfast. Great food for dinner, large selection for all. .Free and fast Wi-Fi all over the hotel. Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and SPA area is great . Elegant comfort. The private big car park . You can put ski equipment in the warm ski-room. The hotel is situated just minutes walk away from the old town centre. Everything top notch. Will be back definitely next year."
