"Boscastle House has a homely and welcoming atmosphere. Upon arrival, Gavin showed us to our room, and helped us carry up our bags etc. We stayed in the Charlotte Room, named after a young lady who perished on Bodmin Moor, with a commanding view across the valley towards the coast. The room was beautifully furnished, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom spotlessly clean. There was no noise from the road, or circling birds hovering on the updrafts above our window, Breakfasts were served in the dining room, and those we enjoyed were beautifully presented, cooked to perfection, and left us well set up for the days activities ahead."
