"Once more I am very impressed with my stay at Kootenai River Inn. During my stay we had a power outage due to a severe storm. The staff were very helpful and provided updates when available. They were all very accommodating. Adam the General Manager of the resort was both reassuring and empathetic to his guests. This to me is a true measure of service. That is when there is an emergency, or situation it is how it is handled. We'll done Adam and all the staff at the resort. I felt safe and taken care of well."
