Built at the turn of the 20th century, the house has weathered many storms and with a lot of TLC she is ready to weather more. This unique space has all a traveling surfer or couple would need to enjoy all Avon has to offer. Centrally located, the beach is a 10 minute walk away as are numerous restaurants and epic sunset spots such as Avon Harbor. The suite is a completely private space, as is the outdoor shower and hot tub. Guests are free to enjoy the suite in its entirety including the private outdoor living space. We live in the upstairs space as a small family of 4. We do not party or stay up late but during the day you may hear our young daughter from time to time. We always try and be as respectful as possible! Always tranquil, there is no other neighborhood quite like Scarborough Town own Hatteras island.
