Full kitchen with hi-tech appliance & quality materials; electric burner-stove, samsung refrigerator, coffee / espresso machine, and your own washer-dryer machine. Enjoy the outdoor areas with our state of the art gazebo entertainment center (2 - 75" high end samsung smart TV's with home theater dolby atmos surround sound ) fire pit, built-in grill with a commercial size burner, and a cozy sitting areas to keep you enjoying the San Diego weather well into the evening. The beautiful vacation spot was created for a memorable vacation!Bringing Friends and / or Family with you, we do have another spot like this on the property.Note: We do have a Thai restaurant located literally 2 minutes walk. Simply use the keypad on the front gate and front door, and we’ll provide you with the access code on the day of your arrival.All guest will enter through your private entrance located to the left side of the white garage door. You will be given a 4 digit code once booked ( enter the 4 digit code and press the unlock key symbol ). Once you enter, you will see the ADU to the left. There are two Suits ( The Letter A & B, is located next to the door below the light. Those found in violation will incur a $350 cleaning fee.We understand accidents happen, so if there is any accidental or intentional damage caused to the home, please let us know prior to your departure.This property has video surveillance in outdoor public spaces only to ensure the safety and security of all guests. There are no cameras inside the home. Noise meters may also be present in and around the property to ensure quiet hours are followed.We will only receive a notification of a noise event if the noise decibel threshold is exceeded. Please try to keep the fun at a respectful decibel level at all times, but at night we ask for no loud noises after 10 pm — if this sounds like something that will not work for your group, our property might not be the right fit for you.Occupancy is limited to the number of guests you indicate on your reservation.
