This grand estate home is located in a private and picturesque setting in the heart of Walla Walla’s southend wineries. The home is reminiscent of an Italian countryside villa with spacious accommodations, secluded patios, and serene gardens. Dozens of wineries are nearby. One of the most beautiful, Yellowhawk Resort, is just across the Walla Walla river, a short nine-minute walk.The home is well suited to accommodate larger groups with individual privacy in two wings accessible through the villa or from the outside. Both entrances have electronic keypads for access. The main front door entrance also has a doorbell security camera. Overall, the home has four and one half bathrooms and four bedrooms with king-sized beds. Each wing has a full kitchen and large family room. The north wing contains a large dining room and three of the bedrooms. Two are fully ensuite, and the third bedroom is immediately adjacent to another full bathroom. The south wing is two stories and has a large bedroom suite upstairs with a king bed, half bath, and private view terrace. Additionally, a comfy queen sleeper sofa is located in the family room adjacent to the main bath.Relax and recharge in a personal sixteen-foot saltwater spa and barbecue on the covered patio. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to use with stainless appliances, gas range, apron front sink, rustic concrete countertops, open shelving and lastly great coffee! The master bedroom includes a king bed with cozy linens and goose-down filled duvets. The loft is its own private retreat, complete with queen bed dressed in top-of-line linens. The main bath has a rustic tumbled stone walk-in shower and spa quality towels. One of our favorite parts of the Barn is the large private patio where you can BBQ on your own gas grill and converse with family and friends while sitting around the spacious outdoor table and fire pit. At Pearl Acres you will find an array of animals located on the property. You can fish at two rivers within walking distance, watch the turkey and deer out in the front pasture and sit on the patio furniture and enjoy the view. You can enjoy a walk to the Historic Whitman Mission and view the best sunsets in the valley. Pearl Acres is a ranch setting, with your backdoor opening into a barn. Out in the barn you will be greeted by horses that love to eat the treats you feed them! The home is a remodeled barn that boasts 2 full bedrooms and two large baths. Washer/dryer, office space with a sit stand computer desk, hand made bar and décor. You will be provided fluffy towels, clean bedding, and hopefully everything that you need to be comfortable! Home accommodates two couples comfortably and up to six guests. Brand new appliances, TV, WIFI, and outdoor patio set. Large dining room table sits up to 6 people. We are dog friendly and have a small, fenced area for your pup to safely stay. There is a $50 per dog fee (two dogs max unless prior approval) that will be sent to you after reservations have been made. This is per stay not per night. All dogs must be kenneled if you are not with them at the property. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning fee necessary associated with your pet.
