The breakfast is almost inexistent and I had the "privilege" to meet the general manager who noticed I dared to offer a cup of coffee from the expressor, during the breakfast hours, to one of my daily guests (yes, we also booked the entire 12th floor for 3 days) and immediatelycalled the waiter to charge it on my room number. Such lack of hospitality I've never seen in (dark) ages, so AVOID THIS LOCATION"

"I booked an apartment for 4 nights in this hotel based on a website information. When we arrived at the hotel, a sleepy and indolent receptionist lady did not say even Welcome. Of course we follow the "kind" advice of the manager, we drove less than 100 m to another hotel, also of 4-star hotel (Casa Popeea), where as soon as we arrived, the boy came and took the suitcases, And all the services in the following days were done with much consideration and respect for a guest."
