Great
HHanfordI have spent 14 days in this hotel.
Good: 1) The room is pretty spacious 2) Quite lot of parking space (can't reserve it but i never see it full during my stay). 3) Free breakfast of reasonable quality. You can also bring it to hotel room if you want. 4) There are quite a few restaurants in five minutes walk. 5) There is coin-based laundary with dryers on 2nd floor. And you can change coins on the front desk if you don't have. 6) There is a small swimming pool and a gym. 7) The building is not very new but they have renovated it. e.g., The TV in the room is a big flat screen. 7) The room is generally clean. They offer housekeeping service every other day. 8) The room is equipped with stove, oven, microwave, dish washer, bowls, cups, knife and chopping boards. Basically all utensils for cooking are ready.
Nitpicks: 1) The air conditioner is a bit noisy but it is ok for me 2) The socket for TV are broken when I got in. But they have fixed it in a few hours by laying some extension cords around the room so it's considered ok 3) The mattress of the double bed is not pocketed 4) Some minor issues on the elevators sometimes it stayed on the original floor, instead of moving to the target floor (I encountered twice) 5) The bleach of the swimming pool is a bit strong I always got red eyes for a few hours after swimming.
GGuest UserLike the overall spaciousness of the room, but a lot of space is wasted on the washroom with a Jacuzzi (which l didn't use). The separate shower (whose size could have been doubled with the available space) is TINY. Also the heating/cooling unit was so noisy that l had to turn it off during the night, not sure if we'd be able to get any sleep with it being turned off when it's hot.
Room was renovated but some old hardware wasn't replaced. Bedsheets looked worn. After years of staying here since its inception in 2015, we are unlikely to return.
GGuest UserI saw a charge on my credit card after I checked out for a few days. I didn’t receive any notification at check in or check out or by email so I called the front desk. He told me the charge was due to a change in tax rate and will email me a receipt but up to the moment I wrote the review I still haven’t received anything.
JjessoI had a studio room at towneplace with a king bed and a sofa bed. However, the sofa bed is way too old for use with human!
You can feel the steel springs just by touching the surface. It can't hold even the weight of a child.
They hotel then sent up a roller bed whose mattress is just as dated and unusesable as the sofa bed's.
I then suggested that they look for a firmer mattress without springs. They managed to bring one way bigger than the roller bed frame can hold.
We had no choice but used it for 4 nights but that unfortunately took up most space in the studio living hall.
The hotel room is in general old but very clean!
Having said that, the breakfast is fantastic with lots of hot and fresh choices. Veggie patties or burgers are a heartwarming consideration for vegetarian.
The breakfast attendant named Vivek is exceptionally helpful and cheerful. His level of service is only seen in fine-dining restaurants! 👍 Thumbs up!
PPeter Siu 888Very poor check-in service where questioning their customers and without considering their customers and to the extent they do not like international customers. Poor varieties for breakfast without no bread (only bagels) and without any hot food. No lift!! No any consideration for possible late check out time, even staying for 3 days. I wont be choosing such premises for any of my next stays
