1. Excellent service: Communication with the butler before the trip was extremely smooth. They answered all questions professionally and promptly, and even some extra requests were met. Thumbs up 👍 No wonder there are zero negative reviews online;
2. Observation tower room facilities: Basically perfect, especially the heating in the dead of winter – it was so good! I joked with my friend that the heating electricity bill was almost as much as the room rate. I've sent some minor suggestions for improvement to the butler, and I hope they'll be helpful;
3. Dining in the pub and entertainment facilities such as bowling, card room, and KTV: Excellent, although I didn't take many pictures.
Next time when there are fewer people, I plan to book a one-bedroom room. The hot spring is indoors, while the observation tower hot spring is outdoors.

IIamtheKikiI took my parents and my dog as a family of four to Zhangjiakou. The 20,000 people who live in Tianshe Township were very happy! The cleanliness and tidiness of the room are among the best among B&Bs in the suburbs of Beijing, and the supporting supplies are all complete. The temperature difference between morning and evening in early autumn is very big. It is almost less than 10 degrees at night. It is very warm when the radiator is turned on in the room. In the quiet little village at night, when you look up, the sky is really full of stars!
The butler Guo Changjiang was very enthusiastic and attentive. He prepared breakfast for us and answered all our questions.
In addition to local activities in Chicheng, you can reach Huabiling (Grassland Road) and Chongli within an hour's drive.

WW1cked_The most ideal ”wasteland style” place of exile in the suburbs of Beijing is different from Aranya's community culture of returning to nature. There is extreme loneliness here, which is most suitable for i people who don't like to socialize and want to escape from reality every day. Cliffside is indeed the No.1 store in the store, and the huge floor-to-ceiling glass is unbeatable! (The video is from the field~)
The team is very nice, the service is attentive, and the response is timely. Due to changes in the itinerary, special thanks to the team for staying up late and working overtime until 12 o'clock in the morning to pick up and drop off!
We tried traditional British and American dinners for breakfast, and both the dish configuration and taste were perfect!
The fly in the ointment is the stability of facility operation, but we fully understand it! After all, it is not a hotel, and all the supporting facilities are built independently in the wild, so it may not be suitable for young ladies and young men who are well-dressed and well-fed (no offense~)
The entire project, from development and design to daily operation, reflects care at every turn. If there are people who give negative reviews, I think they can only be sent by colleagues to mess with their mentality (smile)
Great staying power! Autumn and winter will come again! Next time, stay in the field and watch the stars! I hope God won’t let it rain next time!

GGuest UserComfortable, clean, suitable for family and friends gatherings, very close to the scenic spot, very convenient! It's just a bit cold, it is recommended to go to Haituo Mountain in July and August, because the only shortcoming of the hotel is that there is no air conditioning, only electric heating!
