PPianai，xinanThis time, the experience of staying in a twin room with garden view was amazing! Lele’s housekeeper was proactive and considerate throughout the whole process: she proactively upgraded the room type for free, and the bedding was so comfortable that we fell asleep in seconds; she thoughtfully gave us a golf experience coupon to take us to unlock the beautiful scenery of the mountains; she even prepared mosquito repellent in advance, and carefully checked the doors and windows at night to prevent mosquitoes~
From upgrading the room type to the warm little things, Lele’s meticulous service made friends praise ”living with a five-star ritual sense”, and the breeze and sunshine of Zipeng Mountain became warmer because of her care!

GGuest UserI came to Hefei to watch a concert and accidentally found this hotel. The transportation is really convenient. Line 3 is right at the door. There is a bus station and a shared bicycle parking spot across the road. It also has its own restaurant and gym. Prices are still very reasonable during special periods! ! Although I live next to the road, it is not noisy at night. The overall layout of the room is reasonable and the lighting is good. The toilet and bathroom are also two single rooms, and the sanitation is in place. Miss Xiao Zhong’s service is proactive, enthusiastic and in place. It’s really a surprising experience! If I have a chance next time, this hotel will still be my first choice!

AAnonymous UserOur two-night stay in the courtyard room was quite relaxing and enjoyable. The environment was lovely, the restaurant served delicious food, and there's a spot for fishing. Although the courtyard was small, it was very cozy to sit in and perfect for taking photos. The butler service was excellent; they were always responsive and answered all our questions. During the holiday season, it was evident that the staff were working very hard. My family had a good rest, and the children had a great time, so overall, I gave it a positive rating.
However! Compared to other guesthouses of similar or even lower price points, when fully booked, their capacity to handle guests clearly fell short. For example, our room was still being cleaned close to the 3 PM check-in time. During check-in, the staff were so busy they couldn't even offer water. There was also a lack of staff guidance from parking to check-in and luggage assistance. At 9 PM, the hot water ran out halfway through my shower, forcing a cold one, and there was no prior warning that this could be an issue (I reported it to the butler, but received no follow-up beyond an apology). At dinner, many guests at the restaurant were kept waiting for their dishes. The layout of the courtyard room wasn't very practical; one side of the electric screen curtain was broken, and there were quite a few mosquitoes. Although I asked the butler for insect repellent, it really should have been provided proactively.
It was also a bit disappointing that the complimentary 'goodnight sweet soup' had to be picked up from the restaurant. Information about activities at the activity center was only available upon direct inquiry. The painted fan activity advertised was no longer available, yet it was still listed on the blackboard and promoted online. In reality, there weren't many activities to do.
If service quality cannot be guaranteed, why not open fewer rooms and focus more on service quality? I hope the hotel management considers improvements for the future. Overall, I found it acceptable, but it didn't quite live up to the hype, especially considering the value for money during the holiday season.

AAilvxingdewenyifanThis time I stayed at the Blue Jing Hotel and was really surrounded by all-round powder! The front desk lady is very efficient. It takes no more than 5 minutes to check the message and get the room card. She also took the initiative to upgrade the room type for free. The room is full of smartness. It is a pleasant surprise. You can turn on and off the lights, adjust the air conditioner, and turn on the TV when you lie on the bed and shout ”small degree”. The sense of technology is also particularly convenient. Health is nothing to say, the room aunt cleaned very carefully, the table top, corners, bathroom dead corners are spotless, the bedding is clean and odorless, and the living is particularly safe. The most plus point is the location. A few minutes walk downstairs is the snack street. All kinds of local specialties are selected at will. It is super convenient to find food. Such a cost-effective hotel, I will stay here next time, I have recommended it to my friends!

The room was also very satisfied, the bed was not particularly soft and comfortable to sleep. There is no obstruction outside the window, not depressed...
