Very pleasant pre-check-in experience, the room has a large yard, very convenient, you can cook your own barbecue. The butler service is very good, very intimate, and also took the initiative to help us take the luggage to the station. It was very hard to get up early in the morning. The room was very clean and hygienic. You went to the station of Sedayuan Buddha College.

Choosing Kasa Hotel for my Sertar trip was absolutely the right decision! The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to the entrance of the Buddhist Academy, making getting around incredibly convenient. Compared to other hotels along our self-driving tour through western Sichuan, this hotel's facilities are top-tier in Sertar. The rooms are spacious, and the amenities are comprehensive; the breakfast selection is also rich. If you don't feel like dining out, I highly recommend the hotel's second-floor restaurant – it has an excellent local reputation, using quality ingredients and serving authentic flavors. I must particularly commend the hotel manager! We didn't have a car for this trip and wanted to visit Lhorong Monastery. The manager proactively arranged pick-up and drop-off, covering nearly 20 kilometers round trip, and was genuinely friendly and helpful. Whenever we had any requests, big or small, the staff were always enthusiastic and willing to assist, offering free help with many minor issues. The service was incredibly warm and thoughtful. Overall, the experience was perfect. I'll definitely choose Kasa Hotel again on my next visit to Sertar and will recommend it to any friends planning to come here!

The most expensive but worst accommodation experience in this western Sichuan trip. The story of veteran start-up was posted at the entrance of the hotel. It was very inspirational. The concept of the star vacant camping base was very good, but unfortunately there was no good management and maintenance. The sink was broken before, and it was repaired with white cement and continued to be used; The toilet is smart but the hygiene is not in place. The yellow stains underneath are very heavy. Fortunately, there are disposable cushions. When I took a bath, I suddenly didn't know where to jump out of the hair left by the previous guest. The kettle also left water for the previous guest. Smart switch, the panel says that the switch is turned on, and the switch is turned off. The floor heating switch panel is even more wonderful. I used the label paper to mark the temperature adjustment. It took a long time to know how to adjust it. Breakfast is too perfunctory, there are few choices. I have to charge a deposit of 100 yuan. I have never encountered a deposit in a hotel in recent years. If it is not for the fancy star vacant room, or you have to look at the incomplete color half scene on the opposite side. You can choose a hotel near the Loro Visitor Center, which is much cheaper and does not have to be so bad.

The overall feeling is good, this hotel is opened in two or four years, so the room is still relatively new, the room is more spacious, there is an underground parking lot, parking is very convenient and free. There is breakfast, although the variety is relatively small, but the taste is OK, bath towels and towels are all disposable use more assured.

The room was very nice, clean and hygienic, and quite spacious. The lobby had a great atmosphere, and there was a pot of yellow lilies that were blooming beautifully. The owner's service was also excellent. The only downside was that Seda is at a very high altitude.

When you come to Seda, you must choose a hotel with oxygen like this one, otherwise you won't be able to sleep at night. The second is hygiene. The linens of this hotel are very clean, great. It's cold here at night, so you can sleep well with heating. I looked at 5 or 6 hotels and they also have breakfast before I chose this one, which is cost-effective. Great!

The new hotel, which will be completed in 2025, is very close to the square and distribution center. There may still be many signs of renovation, but it doesn’t matter! The group of people who suffered from altitude sickness as soon as they got off the bus received thoughtful care from the hotel ladies. After going to Wuming Buddha College, I didn’t want to go back to Seda and didn’t want to go to Luhuo. I found this homestay on Seda to Malkang Road. The next day, I can drive 20 kilometers to 317. The price is very good. The hotel is clean and the furniture is good. The house is Tibetan style. The thick wall hotel opened in 2019. It is estimated that the quality of the decoration and construction was not too hard at that time. There were many places with traces of water leaking. Some equipment was damaged and needed maintenance. The hotel does not provide meals. It takes 300 meters to go to the village to eat.

The room is very good, the space is large, there is a long table for things to put things, and there is a luggage table for the convenience of spreading the suitcase. The restaurant breakfast is delicious, and the yak beef pot is also very good at night. The front desk staff is very kind and responsible, the service attitude is very good, worthy of praise!
