"This was my second visit to Sertar, and my first time staying at the Washu Grand Hotel. The young ladies at the front desk were incredibly helpful and had excellent service attitudes. They assisted me with booking a visit to the Buddhist Academy and were very patient. There was also warm ginger tea available in the lobby, which was a nice touch. The room even came with complimentary sweet fruit. The breakfast was light, healthy, and comfortable, making us feel right at home with their warm and attentive service. Big thumbs up for the Washu Grand Hotel!!!"

"The hotel has a very good location, close to the Seda La Rong Wuse Buddhist Academy Service Center, making it convenient for those buying tickets to visit the mountain. The environment is quiet, the rooms are spacious, the mattresses are very comfortable, the bathroom has a separate shower and toilet, and the water pressure is sufficient. Oxygen is provided for eight hours. The hotel service is excellent, meeting five-star standards. I was very satisfied, especially since the hotel is newly opened and the facilities are very new. The only problem was that we didn't know how to adjust the British-style heating system, making the room too hot all night, so we slept without a blanket. But this hotel is still worthy of my five-star rating."

"We arrived early, and the front desk upgraded us to a room with a view for free. The environment was nice; it wasn't the traditional hotel style, but rather a courtyard house with a central atrium. The parking lot was large and quiet. It's easy to get to the county town by walking or driving, but finding parking is a bit difficult by car. It's about a 10-minute walk to the visitor center, but walking is slower at high altitudes. Overall, it's good value for money."

"Curiosity killed the cat... I saw no reviews and it was a newly opened hotel, so I decided to be the guinea pig... The result? The front desk and service staff were very enthusiastic and accommodating, which I really appreciated. The facilities were also quite good, and the hotel has a parking lot. Now for the negatives... There was no oxygen (referring to poor ventilation), and no air conditioning. If I left the window open to sleep, it got cold in the middle of the night. If I closed it, the enclosed space felt oxygen-deprived. Some dog next door barked for half the night. I literally started feeling altitude sickness and oxygen deprivation in the middle of the night. On top of that, guys in other rooms were walking around until 1 or 2 AM, and the soundproofing was terrible. I was already suffering from altitude sickness, and then someone came knocking on my door at 5 AM – they even had the wrong room. It wasn't just a knock, it was an urgent pounding! I barely slept at all that night. I finally fell asleep at 6 AM and had to check out by 9 AM. Sigh... I almost didn't make it out of there alive."

The rooms are clean and tidy, the sanitary standards are strict, the facilities are well maintained, and the living is quiet and comfortable. All the service staff are professional and courteous, efficient, and intimate. It is rare to have such a comfortable resting place on the plateau. The owner's sister helped me carry my suitcase to the third floor; she was very hospitable. Later that evening, the owner's wife personally brewed yak butter tea and some herbal tea to help with altitude sickness. Sure enough, after taking it, the altitude sickness subsided almost immediately. The owners' family was very welcoming and chatted with us, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. It's also not far from Jinma Square, about a 600-meter walk, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. This guesthouse is fantastic; I'll definitely stay here again."
