GGingerNutzMy wife and I stayed for a couple of nights. Checking in felt more tedious than it needed to be and our keys stopped working half way through the stay. We had a nice room with a comfortable bed and it was serviced, which isn't guaranteed these days. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice. The staff were attentive and helpful. I'd stay there again.

Food, slightly on the more expensive side, however good size portions and delicious so worth the extra money!

MMrmikeymrBeautifully presented hotel in central location. Very welcoming check-in along with clear parking instructions. Room was spotlessly clean and well furnished with big comfy bed. Good size bathroom with quality toiletries supplied. Breakfast was excellent served by early morning, smiley efficient team. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserHarrogate is a small town, largely populated by an older demographic. The hotel itself appears to be a converted old manor house, retaining a traditional architectural style. However, the interior facilities are quite dated.

LLucyA gorgeous grand dame of a hotel - maybe a little tired, but gorgeous building, large room, super clean, very friendly and great location. We will definitely book here again.

GGuest UserI stayed one night only but had a spacious and clean room with a comfortable bed which was great. I enjoyed the evening meal, though choices were limited, and a very good buffet breakfast. The hotel was conveniently situated next to the train station which was ideal for me. The staff were friendly and welcoming too.
