Padma is one of the best hotels in Bandung,
I came here with my family and we felt very comfortable and they have a very good breakfast. you have to try.
The rooms are clean and comfortable, and most importantly, the facilities are very complete. It is highly recommended that you bring your kids here.
The whole day you can play with your kids and it's very fun.
It was great to be there, and will definitely come back again.

This hotel give back my memories with my family when I was kid. My dad loved this hotel very much. Actually my stay in this hotel for working reason, the ambience of this hotel still the same. Clean and big. My son likes to fishing there. The room is also big, I decide to upgrade to suite room from standard room. It's more like villa than the hotel.

We booked Japan Suite, and the room is excellent! Complete privacy, clean, and quiet. The Suite floor can’t accommodate children, which is perfect for us. The staff are friendly. The rest is quite average. The hotel ambiance is mostly three 3-star hotels, and the breakfast is okay. We accidentally broke a water bottle, and they charged us Rp75,000, which may be fair, just surprise ☺️

overall good, the facilities are okay, the hotel feels like a villa, very suitable for families, the service is also very good. from security, frontliners, and other staff.
just ask for the cleanliness in the room to be improved again.

Anonymous User+ Able to store luggage before check-in.
+ Customer service was quite responsive in replying to WhatsApp messages.
+ There's a cafe inside the hotel.
- The bathroom had a slight odor.
- The AC in room 304 was broken. Even though it was set to cool at 16°C with the fan on full, it still wasn't cooling. A staff member came in the afternoon, but only fiddled with the remote to make the AC blow air. However, after about 4 hours, it still wasn't cold. The staff came again to check and said it seemed like there was a freon issue. We asked to change rooms, but were told the hotel was full with no solution offered. Finally, we took the initiative to ask for a bed to be moved to the adjacent room (we had booked two rooms, 302 & 304, for three people). So, all three of us ended up staying in room 302.

Good budget hotel with excellent location and average room. I booked deluxe twin room for 2 nights. I expected to get a front room but when I checked in, I got a room beside the car park at behind the building.
