I had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and well-organized. The staff are highly welcoming and friendly. Plus, the location is very convenient as it is close to the main road.

This hotel give back my memories with my family when I was kid. My dad loved this hotel very much. Actually my stay in this hotel for working reason, the ambience of this hotel still the same. Clean and big. My son likes to fishing there. The room is also big, I decide to upgrade to suite room from standard room. It's more like villa than the hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bungalow Homes for one night, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The atmosphere of the hotel is cozy and inviting, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast arrangement. Instead of being served at the hotel itself, breakfast is provided at a charming restaurant located about 150 meters away. The short walk to the restaurant was refreshing and added to the overall experience. The food there was excellent, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. The staff at Bungalow Homes Hotel were friendly and attentive, ensuring that my stay was comfortable. The room was clean and well-maintained, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of travel.

overall good, the facilities are okay, the hotel feels like a villa, very suitable for families, the service is also very good. from security, frontliners, and other staff. just ask for the cleanliness in the room to be improved again.

My stay was excellent, and the hotel was very comfortable. The staff were outstanding—friendly, professional, and always welcoming with a smile. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and enjoyable. One of the highlights was the beautiful rooftop café, which offers a wonderful view of the city. The only downside was the noise from motorcycles outside, which could be quite disturbing at times.

The hotel is new, has complete facilities, and is very clean. The service was absolutely excellent, starting from the frontliner – I forgot his name, but he was super helpful! We also received a free Jump Start drink voucher and a free BBQ dinner voucher. The food was all delicious, I loved it so much. And they actually made the mirror art I requested 😭🫶🏻 The WhatsApp admin was also very helpful. Seriously, if I go to Bandung again, I definitely want to stay here! Oh, and I stayed in the Executive Double room with a balcony, and the balcony was incredibly spacious.

Hotel needs miantenance. Our room has problem w the aircond and the staffs were really helpful to assist us and allow us to switch room. Room was huge. Bed is comfortable. Lights were quite dim. Okay for short stay. Pro- Rumah Mode is right across the hotel!

Every time I go to Bandung, I always stay here, the atmosphere is beautiful and comfortable.

The cleanliness was great, but it seems like it's not very soundproof. At night, when it was time to rest, I could clearly hear the room next door moving their bed around, even though I chose a suite, which was a bit disruptive. Plus, I got a room facing the main road, and the loud motorcycle noises were very clear at night. Overall, it was good. It's very kid-friendly because there's a mini-zoo (feeding rabbits + catching fish + there are ponies too). For breakfast, the dishes served were all delicious, especially the fried noodles and fried rice. The black glutinous rice porridge just needed a little more sweetness. Also, there might not be enough dining chairs, so it's hard to get a seat during busy breakfast hours. But overall, it was very, very comfortable to stay here. Next time I'm in Bandung, God willing, I will staycation here again. Thank you for the very friendly and kind service from the staff! ✨

Staying here was a bit disappointing. I got a room where the hot water showerhead handle was broken, the sink leaked, and the bedside lamp was wired into the wall, so you had to loosen the bulb to turn it off. I ended up requesting a room change the next day. The new room was better than the previous one, but the AC looked like it was about to fall off, and the sink clearly had a visible crack that had been glued. In my opinion, the hotel needs a major renovation. On a positive note, the staff's response was excellent.
