Very good hotel in terms of location, spacious and clean. Near to the city centre, food outlets and Rumah Moda

Good place to rest after a long day, clean, quiet, you no need to turn on the AC, it's already cold. There is no coffee maker.

The hotel is on a hilltop and so has an advantage of getting cooler breeze in the heart of Bandung. Interiors are simple and room is a bit small for 2 persons. But generally, everything is fine.

overall good, the facilities are okay, the hotel feels like a villa, very suitable for families, the service is also very good. from security, frontliners, and other staff. just ask for the cleanliness in the room to be improved again.

Every time I go to Bandung, I always stay here, the atmosphere is beautiful and comfortable.

The location is good, and the staff are kind and friendly. The place has cute decor, but I think it's better to just visit the cafe if you want to look around. For me, it's not suitable for an overnight stay. The royal suite rooms are indeed large, but the floors weren't mopped. Walking around in socks for a bit made them black immediately. No slippers were provided, and there was no hand soap. Towels were also scarce. When I asked the receptionist for slippers, housekeeping came right away. The service was top-notch and quick. Unfortunately, I was given used slippers that were already dirty upon arrival. I didn't use them because they weren't hygienic. Noise from outside was terribly loud and leaked in, and I could even hear things from the next room (like light switches being clicked). My corner room had a frosted glass window without a curtain. From the outside, you could clearly see silhouettes inside, and in the morning, it was extremely bright. Not comfortable for those who like to sleep in the dark. Also, inside the room, there's a step down to the toilet. Plus, some of the furniture is starting to show minor damage (peeling, broken sofa buttons, etc.). Maintenance is a bit lacking. Overall, it's okay for a curious visit.

The cleanliness was great, but it seems like it's not very soundproof. At night, when it was time to rest, I could clearly hear the room next door moving their bed around, even though I chose a suite, which was a bit disruptive. Plus, I got a room facing the main road, and the loud motorcycle noises were very clear at night. Overall, it was good. It's very kid-friendly because there's a mini-zoo (feeding rabbits + catching fish + there are ponies too). For breakfast, the dishes served were all delicious, especially the fried noodles and fried rice. The black glutinous rice porridge just needed a little more sweetness. Also, there might not be enough dining chairs, so it's hard to get a seat during busy breakfast hours. But overall, it was very, very comfortable to stay here. Next time I'm in Bandung, God willing, I will staycation here again. Thank you for the very friendly and kind service from the staff! ✨
