SSanggwon ShinIt is one of the hotels with good cost-effectiveness among the accommodations I stayed in Manado. Additionally, the room I stayed in on my second visit was in the annex, and although the rate was a little cheaper, the facilities and structure were inferior to those of the main building. Please keep this in mind.

FFiladelThe location is good. Just a little bit far from the shopping area. When we were in the room, we could hear the sound from the road. The decoration is unique but nice to see. The breakafast just simple. We caught 3 cockroaches😄

the view from the window was beautiful we were lucky enough to get a room with sea view.

JJakeIf you’re foreigner or maybe national tourist, you may consider about the privacy and comfort here.
This hotel are really great with the beauty of the nature, but it ruined with the local guest. You’ll see some guest smoking in not smoke area as such as pool, the poorest is, hotel staff do nothing with it, even though there are big sign of no smoking there.
The worst are you will hear very loud annoying music around 6.am, and the funniest is the music used just by some people were doing zumba near guest room. And when asking for help to hotel guest, we get answer “there are scheduled zumba”, how tf, guest will know there will be scheduled zumba.
To be fair, cleanliness is good, food are average.

GGuest UserWe stayed here for one night. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. The staff always try to help. A large shopping center with many cafes is located 15 minutes walk from the hotel. The embankment is nearby, where many street food places open in the evenings. There is a good gym, with a poorly working air conditioning system. However, this hotel is quite tired. The whole building and the room were stuffy, the air conditioning worked poorly. And the windows do not open in the room. Small cockroaches crawled in the room and in the restaurant. You can feel the smell of old things everywhere.

GGuest UserAs already commented by other guests, the hotel is in dire need of major renovations. I'm sure it was a grand hotel in its heyday. What need to be changed in the rooms ? Well, just about everything; furniture, bed, bathroom tiles, sink (there are always little cockroaches running around in it), shower with no hot water even after I informed the staff, television, cupboard with musty smell.
The good thing about this hotel is its convenient location, and very professional and helpful staff.
I read many reviews about no air-conditioning, old bedsheets and towels. Fortunately, these had been addressed by the hotel when I stayed there. They had chiller problem which had been addressed, and bedsheets and towels replaced.
All in all, it was value for money.

Air conditioning and quilt, sleeping is more comfortable.
The airport driver knows this store. It takes 50,000 to take a taxi. Remember to say hello to the price before getting on the bus, otherwise it may be possible to ask you for 100000.
There is a hotel car back to the airport. When you check in, you can book the time to go to the airport tomorrow. The fare is 50,000. This will not be messy. The quotation, the car and the driver are the hotel.
There is a buffet breakfast on the 5th floor, rice, fried noodles, green vegetables, chicken, cassava, bread, fried sesame balls, coffee, tea. Very rich.
Going out and turning left, there is a snack square, there are three or four stores, you can eat here at night, I don't know at noon. Go out and turn right, there is a big supermarket within a 3-minute walk, the things are very complete and cheap. There are also restaurants next to the supermarket.
