JJosi22The accommodation was really nice and beautifully decorated, with a lovely private area on the balcony. The location was perfect – we could reach many places quickly with a rented bike, and renting one nearby was easy. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful.
The bed was really comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great, making the stay even more enjoyable. There were a few small things, like no soap, only one towel for two people, and the water getting cold quickly, but these were just minor details. Once we mentioned them to the reception, they were quickly resolved.
Overall, it was a great stay, the price was absolutely fair, and I would definitely come back. Thank you for everything!

GGuest UserThis place was a great experience at first--the welcome drink and free breakfast were nice experiences, and the staff was incredibly personal and warm. The room was a standard normal-to-high end solo traveler or coulples ranges.
Then came the wild, endless brawl in the hallway outside my room. I was afraid to even open my door. Then, while checking me out, I was told I'd need to pay basically one more night's work in order to rectify that I was ”a menace” during my stay. Justifications for this decision included minor spots left on the toilet sheet” and a picture of a wet bathmat I'd left on the floor. Next came wild proclamations that I had urinated all over the floor (according to them this happened the day before arrival); that I had left puke all over the room; and, most audatioualy, the claim that I had started that riot (during which at least two people were arrested and I had not left my room.
An hour of arguing later, we were told that we had to play.
Ruthless, lying, **** management, but could be a great place. For now, stay away.

KKaterina BLRIt's an unreally perfect place for this price. Everything is clean, breakfast is perfect, and the staff is very polite.
The room was very big.
So, for me, it was very unusual, the hotel for this price could be so nice.
They even have a working table inside of the room. You can really relax at this place. Also, they have bikes for rent if you need it.

ZZaf ZapeeAmazing Cabin with a scenic view of sunset and ocean and city of Manado. Staff are super friendly and accommodating and cater to every needs (no cap) they helped me renting a motorbike, taught me to ride as well. With complimentary gifts and lighters when i lost mine , and helped with breakfast to my room and carrying my luggage all through whatsapp. Very Good service from staff there. The room itself was very good with adjustable lighting and colors and blurred/clear screen for views. Amenities are also amazing with BBQ pit and fireplace and good 24/7 service. Overall 10/10 for this hotel and very worth for its price. Thanks Bobocabin will definitely visit back again

This hotel are really great with the beauty of the nature, but it ruined with the local guest. You’ll see some guest smoking in not smoke area as such as pool, the poorest is, hotel staff do nothing with it, even though there are big sign of no smoking there.
The worst are you will hear very loud annoying music around 6.am, and the funniest is the music used just by some people were doing zumba near guest room. And when asking for help to hotel guest, we get answer “there are scheduled zumba”, how tf, guest will know there will be scheduled zumba.
To be fair, cleanliness is good, food are average.

MMakarIA great place to stay if early departure. The hotel is not new but everything is in good condition. If early departure, they give breakfast with them. The room is not big but the room is enough. There is hot water. WiFi is working stable not all the places of the hotel. Welcome bag of tea and coffee. No tea, in the hall of the cooler. Only water was given a little warm. No refrigerator. There is an elevator. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.
