JJosi22The accommodation was really nice and beautifully decorated, with a lovely private area on the balcony. The location was perfect – we could reach many places quickly with a rented bike, and renting one nearby was easy. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful.
The bed was really comfortable, and the air conditioning worked great, making the stay even more enjoyable. There were a few small things, like no soap, only one towel for two people, and the water getting cold quickly, but these were just minor details. Once we mentioned them to the reception, they were quickly resolved.
Overall, it was a great stay, the price was absolutely fair, and I would definitely come back. Thank you for everything!

GGuest UserWarm welcome in this guesthouse. The staff is super friendly, help you as much as they can and always give you a hello and smile!
The room was clean, not too warm (air conditioning), amenities are available (soap for hands and body), bottle can be filled with water (filtered water).
Breakfast is simple but good (buffet) with coffee and tea available.

GGuest UserIf you’re foreigner or maybe national tourist, you may consider about the privacy and comfort here.
This hotel are really great with the beauty of the nature, but it ruined with the local guest. You’ll see some guest smoking in not smoke area as such as pool, the poorest is, hotel staff do nothing with it, even though there are big sign of no smoking there.
The worst are you will hear very loud annoying music around 6.am, and the funniest is the music used just by some people were doing zumba near guest room. And when asking for help to hotel guest, we get answer “there are scheduled zumba”, how tf, guest will know there will be scheduled zumba.
To be fair, cleanliness is good, food are average.

SSanggwon ShinIt is one of the hotels with good cost-effectiveness among the accommodations I stayed in Manado. Additionally, the room I stayed in on my second visit was in the annex, and although the rate was a little cheaper, the facilities and structure were inferior to those of the main building. Please keep this in mind.

GGuest UserGreat looking lobby with plenty of seats for waiting and nice view from the room. All old wooden furniture and old sanitary ware and bath need improvement.
No electric socket nearby the bed or desk; need to switch off the lamp instead. Service is very slow. Wait for the laundry pickup for 2hr.
Cleanliness need definitely an improvement. There is a plenty of hair on the room floor and bathroom. Housekeepers keep talking loudly front of the guest room without cares the guest's privacy.
Only few staffs can speak English. Can be noisy as it is surrounded by two main roads.
But the price is reasonable in overall
Ear plug is recommended at this place. Wifi okay

Air conditioning and quilt, sleeping is more comfortable.
The airport driver knows this store. It takes 50,000 to take a taxi. Remember to say hello to the price before getting on the bus, otherwise it may be possible to ask you for 100000.
There is a hotel car back to the airport. When you check in, you can book the time to go to the airport tomorrow. The fare is 50,000. This will not be messy. The quotation, the car and the driver are the hotel.
There is a buffet breakfast on the 5th floor, rice, fried noodles, green vegetables, chicken, cassava, bread, fried sesame balls, coffee, tea. Very rich.
Going out and turning left, there is a snack square, there are three or four stores, you can eat here at night, I don't know at noon. Go out and turn right, there is a big supermarket within a 3-minute walk, the things are very complete and cheap. There are also restaurants next to the supermarket.
