GGuest UserHotel opal is good by outer look. Room structure is also good. But this hotel is very careless about hygiene. We found black hairs on bed, on pullover. So we asked them to change it. They changed all bedsheet, pullover n all but. So we decided to use our own bedsheet, thankfully i was carrying it with me as i have a small kid. Restaurant was good. Breakfast was good. Overall mix review. Good food, but beding was really unhygienic.

GGuest UserMy stay at 3 leaves hotel was very good. The food was fresh and tasty. The room was very cozy with all facilities. Staffs were very humble. The hotel is located very near to the Railway station and bus stand. The hotel provides basement parking. Overall my experience was very good.

GGuest UserI stayed with family for two days. Property and location is good, maintained and hygienic. Staff is very cooperative and service is excellent. Food quality is also good. Thanks to front desk manager mr. Satish. Bathroom is small, require more lighting. Over all i rate it as excellent for family stay.

GGuest UserTravelled to kolhapur for poornimaand Friday darshan at mahalaxmi temple. Had stayed earlier with sam hotel when it was newly launched. Now, the staff is well experienced and courteous. facilities are pretty much standard and overall a good experience.

GGuest Userlocation - hardly 15 min walking distance from famous Rankala lake. Best part is that have huge parking basement parking space.
food - we had veg lunch and dinner, the taste was really nice. Since they prepare based on order so it might take some time for preparing it.
Rooms - rooms are big and king size bed is really comfy. Rooms were pretty clean too.

GGuest UserProperty location is very nice and close to kolhapur railway station. Food quality was very good and the thali arrangement was really nice. Room was very clean and well maintained. Room service was good and quick. Breakfast options was really good and tasty.

GGuest UserIt is very average stay after paying 2k+ for a night. Dirty rooms, washrooms, bedsheets, blankets. Non proper working AC. Restaurant service is the worst, while the menu is vast but available option is only Thali in dinner. Complimentary breakfast is treated like only this you will get, none other option even after ready to pay for it.
I often visit Kolhapur for 2-3 days to fulfill official duties. I was preferring stay at Kohinoor Square basis on past experiences but the last experience was very disappointing. I will prefer to stay at some where else going forward.

•no good hot water in bathrooms in the month of december (shivering cold day) only a bit of warm water is available, but manageable •flush lever of comode sometimes works, but manageable conclusion: it is a good hotel to stay in.

GGuest UserRooms were clean but because they had plenty of guests to cater too service was not up to the mark. The bathroom taps went dry when we checked in at 6.30 pm and even in the morning they were dry. Instead of being apologetic about the inconvenience they were trying to justify it. Room service from their restaurant was super slow. it took them close to an hr to send just few chapatis, dal fry and steam rice which was absolutely cold ( not even warm).
