I had some issues with my room and the ***ager quickly resolved it by setting me up in another room that was above the category I booked. The staff were helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. My room was clean and well-kept, which I appreciated. The hotel's location is surrounded by ***y restaurants and just a short walk from the beach. It's a great choice for anyone visiting Kochi. GGuest UserThe location of the hotel was on point.. we were able to travel very easily from and to airport. We had a good big room with good amenities like bath tub. It's kids friendly and has vast breakfast spread. Staff was courteous and helpful . Overall it's a 10/10 stay.
GGuest UserIt's my 03rd visit to the hotel. Hotel can be easily located. Further the breakfast was excellent and service at the restaurant was also superb. However the reception was not upto the mark and the amenities was not provided in the room. No soap and other lavatory items were provided in the room. It seems the washroom was not maintained or provided with sufficient amenities for the next customer on that day of our arrival. Seems lack of professionalism in that case.

I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing stay. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and value

bed and linens- clean and comfortable. Housekeeping- good and prompt. Location- very good. Both bus terminus & railway station are close. Markets also close. Wifi- not very dependable. Needs attention and improvements. Recommended for business travellers.
GGuest UserAvarrage rooms i have seen cockroaches in the room no hot water facility one towel given for two pax one soap and one shampoo no restaurant it was like a canteen which is being for the building which is a shopping mall and the reception people don't follow rules he clicked pic of my i'd card when i asked he was giving excuses and later another guy joined and told the person who did my checking was not a receptionist so customers i'd cards are handled with such attitude
GGuest UserI am writing to formally address a concern regarding my recent stay at your hotel. I had booked two deluxe bedrooms for four people. However, upon arrival, I was informed that our reserved rooms were no longer available, and we were instead provided with a single deluxe room.
This unexpected change not only caused inconvenience but also failed to meet the accommodation requirements we had planned and paid for. It is disappointing that our reserved rooms were given to other guests despite our confirmed booking.
I kindly request an explanation for this mishandling of our reservation and seek appropriate compensation for the downgrade and inconvenience caused. Compensation could include a partial refund or other suitable remedies, such as complimentary services.
I hope you will address this matter promptly and take steps to ensure such incidents do not occur in the future. I look forward to your response.
