GGuest UserOh, really very very nice, their service is very respectful and very kind, no words to say about the staff they are doing outstanding service and their breakfast complimentary is awesome traditional veg and western style really very tasty foods served with hot and good option for vegitarian and also nonveg. Their speciality in non veg ali baba & 41 dishes. Gym & pool is exceptional, finally fantastic experience.

GGuest UserBecause it was Ramadan, the restaurant was not fully operative. The driveway needs to be properly tarred. Guest have an issue walking up the loose gravel. The bathroom door auto closure needs to be adjusted to be softer. It is too firm for seniors and ladies to open the door.

TTraveling TanI stayed at Grand Plaza Suites in Kochi and was very impressed with the service. I had some issues with my room and the ***ager quickly resolved it by setting me up in another room that was above the category I booked. The staff were helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. My room was clean and well-kept, which I appreciated. The hotel's location is surrounded by ***y restaurants and just a short walk from the beach. It's a great choice for anyone visiting Kochi. Recommended for its convenience and hospitality.
