GGuest UserPoor noise isolation between the rooms. Neighbours room was blaring music and singing late into the night. First call to Reception resulted in no action being taken. Second call 15 min later made with an irate tone resulted in staff visiting and the noise being reduced. During check out, reception tried to get the Manager to come and apologize, but Manager asked instead how much the customer paid for the room and declined to come out, instead leaving reception to respond to complaints. Pathetic and unsympathetic behavior by the Manager.

DDanzo_876We had a wonderful stay at The Fern Residency Mira Road. The highlight was definitely the staff — they were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed.
The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated that housekeeping was available frequently if required. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a great Indian selection and a few Western options as well.
The location was also convenient, making it easy to get transport into the city. Overall, it was excellent value for money and we would happily stay again!

JJefferyNgThis hotel is close to factory area but there are restaurants and convenience store at the downstairs. The Aircond in the room is not consistent and toilet cleaning can be improve especially the basin. Breakfast is good.

人人生是一场马拉松The front desk service and room service person are very kindly. The location is near the stadium and have a nice view of stadium. The only con is the room has another door near the wall of TV .This door is for big family members to easily access the next door's room avoid corridor . But it could hear the next door room child crying very clear from my room at night. My suggestion is not give such room type to families with kids if they cloud not take both 2 rooms.

KKay LeurisOverall, this was a wonderful stay at hotel at archana residency. Everything is nice, clean and luxurious. unforgettable memories.If I have to visit mumbai again, make sure to stay here again.Cleanliness is superb. They even sanitize toilet which makes me feel less worried about it.I am not a cleaning freak but still feel bad if a hotel has dirty toilet bowl.
Breakfast is delicious and high quality.Make me feel touched with the Indian heritage.I feel close to indian people, thanks to the hotel. All stuff are polite and well-trained. The best service ever.

GGuest UserI stayed at ibis thane for 2 nights. My stay was good at this property and service was also good. I feel the walls of the rooms are made of cardboard, very thin and we were able to have conversation to.our next room's colleague without even go to their room. But my major concern was breakfast. Their breakfast has very very less options, that too costs approx Rs.800. Price is not an issue but this price is not justified with what they provide in breakfast.
I would suggest to go Barbeque Nation or Caravan Menu instead and spend 800 and there you will get hell lot of varieties as compared to IBIS thane.

GGuest UserIt is a very old property, lot of repair work is required in every area , starting from mattresses to floor …room conditions are bad .
In cafeteria, there is hardly anyone to help , no one will come to your table , here I will say the quality of staff is a big concern Overall not a decent place to stay in current situation

GGuest UserHotel could be easily located and situated opposite d-mart, so easy to find, but hotel has no parking space. Rooms were small and congested, quite tight-spaced for a couple, including the bathrooms. Only one room we booked had a table to have food inside the room while the other one did not. Hot water not available in the bathroom. Rooms were not provided with dental kits or hand towels, although when asked for it we were provided the same. However, staff was quite helpful and well mannered throughout the stay. Breakfast spread was average with not many options for nonveg, but the items changed on a daily basis so variety was good. Thankfully, outside food is allowed. No amenities for games or other indoor activities such as swimming pool.
