The famous Villa Simbroney, built in the 11th century, is located on the hilltop. When planning my trip to the Amalfi Coast, I considered booking in Amalfi Town or Positano, but since I was driving, there were almost no hotels with their own parking in those towns. Therefore, I ultimately chose Villa Giovanna in Ravello. Its high elevation, quiet location, and stunning scenery make it convenient for driving to and from the Amalfi Coast, Sorrento, and Naples.

The highlight of this hotel is undoubtedly its stunning views and excellent location. It provides easy access to nearby attractions and offers a beautiful setting to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The only area for improvement would be staffing levels, as there seemed to be a shortage of staff at times, resulting in slower service. Nevertheless, I had a very enjoyable stay.
