GGuest UserMesmerizing hotel! As soon as we stepped inside, we immediately felt so relaxed. Everything in this hotel contributes to giving it a very peaceful and quiet atmosphere, from the super friendly and accommodating staff to the slow-paced breakfast and the sea view from the bedroom.
This is a new hotel and the equipment is very modern and elegant (bathroom, toilet, walls) and the bedding is extremely comfortable, including super pajamas!
The breakfast is served at 7:30am or 8:30am with Japanese and Western options available. They also offer dinner options with a few hours' notice.
There is a bus stop nearby but it's definitely better to have a car as it seemed difficult to walk around and find beaches/restaurants, though that also makes the place very quiet and relaxing.
Excellent value for money, we browsed a lot of options and this might be the best one if you do not want to go for a resort-style hotel.

BBaitaohuliA friend recommended this place. It's a few kilometers from the departure pier, so it's not very convenient if you don't have a private car. From the airport, you can take bus No. 4 or No. 10. Bus No. 10 stops right in front of the hotel, while No. 4 requires a few minutes' walk. However, you need to check the schedule for No. 10 as it runs less frequently. Staff will assist you when you arrive. The hotel's shuttle service only operates at specific times.
We stayed in the Bay Wing. Overall, it was okay, but there were noticeable stains on the sofa in our room. The staff offered to change our room, but we declined due to the hassle. As a result, they gave us hotel vouchers without informing us. When we checked out and were about to pay for the noodles we had at the restaurant, they told us the vouchers had already been used to cover the cost. We were a bit confused about the situation. Nevertheless, the overall service attitude met the basic Japanese standards.

VvenaticiThere is a shuttle bus from Ishigaki Airport to the hotel every hour. It was quite funny when checking in. It was my turn, but the Japanese guy refused to check me in because I had a foreign passport. He had to ask the Southeast Asian guy next to me to come over and tell me to sit next to me for another ten minutes. I had to wait for ten more minutes for no reason. Finally, another young Japanese guy with glasses was more enthusiastic and helped me with the check-in in a mixture of Japanese and English. The room I was given was on the ground floor at the far north side. There was a musty smell as soon as I entered the door, and the air purifier couldn't get rid of it even after two days of use. The indoor swimming pool was full of children on rainy days, so it was impossible to swim. The tour desk could only book boat tickets to Taketomi Island on the same day, and other activities and boat tickets had to be booked one to two days in advance. Breakfast and dinner are all buffet restaurants. You have to queue up in the morning, and you have to make an appointment in advance for dinner. The beach scenery is average when I came here in early April. It's better to go to Taketomi Island and other outlying islands to see the sea when the sun comes out. In general, the price is still high, and the service is not up to par

DDiamond LeungThe manager is very caring, as long as you ask, he will try his best to help. The hotel is very close to the beach and it takes 2 minutes to walk. There is a flushing equipment and free laundry. It only takes more than 20 minutes to drive to the hotel from the airport. I think it is very suitable for parent-child travel. Also, the breakfast here is very rich and delicious.

Very convenient, visible from the 730 intersection.
Staff: Friendly and will explain anything you don't understand.
Food: Breakfast included. Light but sufficient. Water and tea are also provided after arrival. Depending on the time, beer and other alcoholic beverages are also available, which is a nice service.
I was rarely at the hotel and just went out, but it was really convenient because it was close to places to drink and I could walk home quickly. I would like to stay here again if there is space when I go to Ishigaki Island.

GGuest UserThe location was great, so it was very convenient and easy to get around, and it was a great three days. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and bath. I really like the same hotel in Shinkawa as it has a good location, but this new hotel was also spacious and relaxing.

CCL8888This hotel is very new and clean and modern. The location is prime. Right across the street of the terminal. If you choose higher floor, you will enjoy the ocean view with clear view of the terminal and can even see the big cruise ship. Right next to the hotels are some shops and restaurants. The room itself is extremely spacious and plenty of space for your suitcase and clothes to hang around to dry. The breakfast is good. You can order as much as you can and it was very tasty. You can also store the luggage in the hotel to suit your day trips to the nearby island. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone but please be sure to book early as it runs out fast.

It’s 6 mins drive to yonehara beach which we highly recommended for safe snorkelling as the waves are none to really gentle , water is so clean and clear , we get to see so many fishes and enjoyed so much . The accommodation host speaks English and he is so sweet , always check up If we are good or need anything . Very comfy stay . We will be back again !
