HHouzhengmengEnvironment: Absolutely loved it, beautiful, romantic, peaceful, and secluded.
Facilities: Simple but complete. However, the bathroom had a leak, and the shower switch was hard to use.
Cleanliness: Cleaned daily, very spotless.
Service: Warm, thoughtful, and meticulous, with greetings at all times! They also provided introductions to local culture and folk performances!
Location: Too far from nearby cities and attractions. The main issue was the inability to find a taxi (including InDrive), leaving the very expensive hotel cars as the only option.

Hharriet chowThis hotel is inside the country park so you have to hire a car to go in and out. So you need to stock up with snacks and sweets before coming in. So, the only option you have is to take their package to the activities. I see tourists inside this hotel but mostly on tour, having their own packages. As travellers not bound by any travel agency, our choice is limited to: Jeep safari + canoeing. you can have the Tuala tribe dance and bbq snacks if you add more. Before signing up, I thought I could have more like jungle walk, ride on the elephant into the jungle, etc… outside the hotel is the country park so you can hear the animals at night which is good. But since there are trees, you quite can’t see the river from the balcony so it is not like you sit in the balcony and you can see the river and animals right outside. This hotel is first class for the cleanliness and the room. But for travellers, probably staying outside the country park has more options. My bf and I did not take their buffet lunch or dinner (which cost 2500rs / person) but insisted on a-la-cart. The food is not bad. And there are many waiters and waitresses to serve you.

GGuest UserWe had booked three nights but could only arrive on the third night. I knew I would lose the cost of the first two nights but when it came to check out, I was asked to pay for the three nights, despite having already paid through Trip.com. Fortunately, I had a Nepali friend come to collect us and he spoke with their head office. If he had not been there it would have been very difficult, despite showing the money taken from my bank. This was the second time for this to happen in Nepal when booking through Trip; already paid but being asked to pay again.. Our room had no wi-fi, no hot water and only one seat to sit on outside. The place looked in poor condition, so we were not sorry to only spend one night there.

Not only was the price reasonable and the hotel clean and hygienic, but the environment was also excellent, the facilities met standards, and the service was even more satisfying (especially the head waiter and other staff at the front desk). I would definitely choose to stay here again if given the chance. This hotel is popular with Chinese guests, so I suggest hiring more Mandarin-speaking staff.

XXUENANOn the way from Kadu to Chitwan, we have been contacting the hotel through Ctrip customer service to pick us up when we arrived, but the customer service has not been contacted by the hotel. I did not expect that as soon as the bus arrived, the driver arranged by the hotel was waiting. It is fixed, it should be that the hotel will take the initiative to go to the station to pick up and drop off according to the occupancy and bus time. The hotel is relatively good in the local area. There are beautiful gardens and detached villas. The rooms are also decorated with special features. They are clean and hygienic. The staff are very enthusiastic. They will try their best to help you if you have any problems. Personally, I think the price of various activities offered by the hotel in Chitwan is reasonable, so it is possible and convenient to book at the hotel. There are some villagers around the hotel, not far from the river. You can visit or take a walk in your spare time. There is a bustling market about three kilometers from the hotel. You can take a taxi to eat. . If you eat at the hotel, the price is not cheap, but the taste is really amazing!

GGuest UserClean and nice hotel but the windows don't open. It was quite stuffy and unbearable.
I applied for cancellation at the hotel, but I was told that I couldn't do it even before the cancellation time, so I had no choice but to stay ... I was told that there was a balcony in other rooms. I've been paying more than 18000.
I wanted to cancel once and rebuild the room, but it didn't come true. It was a disappointing trip because I paid a lot of money. It is a pity that the cooperation between the hotel and the site is not functioning at all.

GGuest UserReally enjoyed our stay here. Lovely rooms, gardens and pool. The sunset from the garden is spectacular.
The staff were lovely, they arranged our jeep safari and also took us to the bus station for our early bus. Would stay again and recommend.

GGuest UserHotel is situated near to bharatpur airport. Hotel is new and maintenance / house keeping is great. Outside restaurant near to chowk are available, we tried one such moti mahal for pure veg. Management was helpful. Over all stay was great.
