TTokelauDreamingAll good. Hotel easy walking distance with luggage from where some buses actually stop, and the bus station itself.
Nice rooms, well equipped, big windows and a nice little balcony overlooking the back of the hotel and pool area. Comfortable beds.
Good restaurant, a little on the pricey side - but serves excellent food. I didn't use the pool but it looked fine.
Some local cafes, bakeries and shops nearby. Local transport easily obtained.
No complaints. Staff kind and very helpful at reception and in the restaurant.

MMorikuanghuanTTThe sanitary conditions are OK, relatively clean, the overall equipment and facilities are a bit old, but the hotel environment is very good. The swimming pool below is also very comfortable. Generally speaking, if you are in Chitwang, it is still recommended to stay at this hotel.

GGuest UserThe front desk has been incredibly nice and helpful and was very helpful in advice specially Mr.Basu. Parking is so big. Hotel was very clean as well as the room. All the precaution are applied by each and every staff like face mask, face shield, temperature check & sanitization are taken as priority upon arrival. Swimming pool is located at 6th floor which is just awesome with the city view.. i will recommend all to visit once.

Not only was the price reasonable and the hotel clean and hygienic, but the environment was also excellent, the facilities met standards, and the service was even more satisfying (especially the head waiter and other staff at the front desk). I would definitely choose to stay here again if given the chance. This hotel is popular with Chinese guests, so I suggest hiring more Mandarin-speaking staff.

XXUENANOn the way from Kadu to Chitwan, we have been contacting the hotel through Ctrip customer service to pick us up when we arrived, but the customer service has not been contacted by the hotel. I did not expect that as soon as the bus arrived, the driver arranged by the hotel was waiting. It is fixed, it should be that the hotel will take the initiative to go to the station to pick up and drop off according to the occupancy and bus time. The hotel is relatively good in the local area. There are beautiful gardens and detached villas. The rooms are also decorated with special features. They are clean and hygienic. The staff are very enthusiastic. They will try their best to help you if you have any problems. Personally, I think the price of various activities offered by the hotel in Chitwan is reasonable, so it is possible and convenient to book at the hotel. There are some villagers around the hotel, not far from the river. You can visit or take a walk in your spare time. There is a bustling market about three kilometers from the hotel. You can take a taxi to eat. . If you eat at the hotel, the price is not cheap, but the taste is really amazing!

GGuest UserClean and nice hotel but the windows don't open. It was quite stuffy and unbearable.
I applied for cancellation at the hotel, but I was told that I couldn't do it even before the cancellation time, so I had no choice but to stay ... I was told that there was a balcony in other rooms. I've been paying more than 18000.
I wanted to cancel once and rebuild the room, but it didn't come true. It was a disappointing trip because I paid a lot of money. It is a pity that the cooperation between the hotel and the site is not functioning at all.

GGuest UserReally enjoyed our stay here. Lovely rooms, gardens and pool. The sunset from the garden is spectacular.
The staff were lovely, they arranged our jeep safari and also took us to the bus station for our early bus. Would stay again and recommend.

GGuest UserHotel is situated near to bharatpur airport. Hotel is new and maintenance / house keeping is great. Outside restaurant near to chowk are available, we tried one such moti mahal for pure veg. Management was helpful. Over all stay was great.

张张Facing the forest park, it is more convenient to play. The hotel does not have toiletries, you must bring your own. Only bath towels have no towels. There is a balcony. The quilt is covered with a layer of sheets, not inside, a little uncomfortable.
