Front desk staff for dayshift is always friendly and so helpful. Unfortunately, mid-shift only has one staff member working the desk and they were not available for 20-25 minutes upon arrival due to helping other customers upstairs. The room was clean, but the sink was slow draining and almost overflowing. Front desk did make maintenance aware so it would be fixed for the next customers who occupy that room. There was quite a bit of dust on the access panel to the tub right beside the toilet. Most disappointing is that the printer in the lobby/lounge area doesn’t work and I needed to print documents for a training I was attending. Overall I will stay here again, mostly because of the staffs cheerful disposition and willingness to assure my stay is the best.

Very clean room, and the facilities were well-maintained throughout our stay. The staff was friendly, helpful, and responsive to our needs. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and relaxing. We had a pleasant experience and would gladly stay here again in the future.
