Very Good
SSunsethuimengThe room was not bad, stayed for a month and a half, overall satisfaction. Occasionally there will be some bugs, cockroaches. Convenient transportation, close to nearby supermarkets, and will consider booking next time.
GGuest UserGo to Yosemite to choose Fresno as a transit station, arrive at the hotel in the evening, the hotel is good, there are good restaurants nearby as a choice. By the way, I also went to target. Nice hotel choice.
GGuest UserThe location is near railroad tracks so if you're a light sleeper, which I'm not, might not work for you. The layout of my room (don't know about the others) is a little problematic. There's a door to the bathroom which doesn't have a fan which automatically closes, trapping all the humidity in there. Also in my particular room, probably partially related to the last item is that there was some black mold on some of the grout. The shower curtain wasn't installed correctly so it would gradually slide towards the center, defeating the purpose of even having a curtain. It looks like there must have been some flooding at some point because the bottom of the bathroom door had a lot of water damage.
But, the worst thing was the internet connectivity. This place had the worst I've ever experienced. I tried the wired and the wireless internet and maxed out at 4Mbps. Since I remote into work, this wasn't enough to make me even remotely productive.
On the positive side, the supplied breakfast was good.
I did let the lady at the front desk know about my experience; said she let maintenance know.
KKEITHThe room was acceptable. However, due to their remodeling, half the parking was taken up with construction equipment. Checking back into the hotel after work at 11pm proved impossible because there was zero parking spots available. I chose to recover my bags and check out versus risk parking on the street. And they charge $10/night for parking. Hard to do when they have none available and are overbooked.
GGuest UserPerfect place to stay on your drive from SF to LA, with a drive through the Giant Sequoias. The breakfast could be better, but i'm comparing to buffets in Asia with lots of fruit etc. Staff is super friendly.
GGuest UserAll around pretty average, the lady upfront was very nice and very helpful, the guy on the other hand wasn’t. Room was okay not the worst but not the best I’ve been in, a/c unit was barely blowing cold and when I talked to the guy upfront he just shrugged me off. I also I tried to get ice from the ice machine and I got 2 cubes of ice and that was it. Fridge was broken and didn’t get cold and the microwave barely worked. The pool was very cold and the hot tub was lukewarm
RRomerThe interior space of the rooms is in need of updating. Poor and shotty workmanship is very evident in what is there now. The fitness room is accessed by an outside door next to the lobby and when I attempted to open it two homeless men staggered out. There were marks on the floor from spilt soda hopefully. It did not smell like urine but it was creepy. The have cameras in the unit but they either don't work or no one is monitoring the room. I recommened they do a couple physical sweeps every evening since it was mentioned this is not the first time they have had this problem. There is a container for dissenfectant wipes but it was empty. The fan in the fitness room does not work. The clock on the wall is not working. This is all in the fitness room.
The parking situation needs to be addressed. One exit is closed so you have to go against the directional traffic arrows to get out of the property.
We found the bed comfortable and the complimentary breakfast in the morning acceptable.
GGuest UserThe perfect transportation location. We came from Yosemite and drove to Sequoia. The hotel is right on the highway and the traffic is relaxed. Next door is an IHOP (Heavy Breakfast). It is clean and the staff is nice.
DDAPENGThe mobile phone is lost, the evaluation is that the hotel is in a good location, walking out of the airport, there is McDonald's Starbucks Haole Star nearby, there are also convenience stores, safety is guaranteed, and it is very clean.
GGuest UserThe room space is good, parking is free, breakfast is a little less neat and orderly, there are few choices, and some of the missing categories are not fully replenished. The accommodation is OK.
