GGuest UserI recently traveled through Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SeaTac) and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the bathrooms. As a frequent flyer, I've encountered my fair share of airport restrooms, but SeaTac truly stood out.
Upon entering, the floors were spotless, and the stalls were well-maintained. The sinks gleamed, and there was an ample supply of soap and paper towels. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail—there were no unpleasant odors, and the mirrors were streak-free, which is often a rarity in busy airports.
The staff seemed to be consistently checking and restocking supplies, ensuring that everything was in order. I even noticed a cleaning crew actively maintaining the area, which gave me confidence that cleanliness is a priority at SeaTac.
Overall, my experience in the SeaTac bathrooms was refreshing and made my travel experience much more enjoyable. Kudos to the airport management for keeping these facilities in such excellent condition!

AAnonymous UserIt has the best facilities I have ever stayed in in the United States. In particular, the rooms are spacious, so you can use the space very leisurely and comfortable. One guest room, two beds and a sofa bed covers five people. The accessibility to the airport (it takes about 11 minutes to Seattle Tacoma International Airport) is very good. In addition, we were able to enjoy a comfortable breakfast through a private parking lot and a large on-site restaurant. There are fitness facilities, which are also good for exercise. The active and friendly service of the front desk staff was also satisfactory. If I go on a trip to Seattle again, I would like to stay again! 👍

PPangpang23Actually, the hotel is far from the airport. It takes more than half an hour to walk there. It is almost impossible to walk on the streets of the United States at night with a suitcase. There is no sign at the airport to find the hotel shuttle bus. And you have to call the hotel at night to pick you up. It may take at least 20 minutes to wait. It is too tiring for people who just got off the plane. It is not recommended for transit. But the hotel itself is normal.

SSammyRest24The room is clean and spacious , with the essentials amenities which are very good. There is a microphone inside the room for us to heat up the food , so convenient.
One little downside is that the house keeping need to be informed 1 day ahead for making up our room which there is no sign telling us this information.
But the housekeeping did a great job on room make up though.

Jjuz4moiThe hotel location is unbeatable, the service staff is attentive & polite, the check-in procedure was efficient (no-wait). The 2 beds queen room was spacious for a family of 4. The air-conditioning was strong for the summer heat. TV channels’ reception was clear. We didn’t drive but I guess you could park your vehicle right in front of your room window. There was a complimentary shuttle bus to Westfield Southcenter. I wish the bathroom had better ventilation, other than that, it was perfect for us. Thank you!

WWendaoshanshiThis stay was good. The water provided by the front desk was better than before. There was also water in the room, and no two yuan was charged (I don't know what the deduction was). (These problems were solved when I stayed before, and it seems that writing reviews and giving opinions is still effective. It's just that the wifi is still troublesome, and the login page still shows that it's charged. Marriott's system is like this, I hope it can be improved. If you really want to give customers free services, don't make it so complicated.

GGuest UserI choose to stay here after my 9-hour flight from Japan, in order to get over jet lag. I’d stayed here before and was pleased, but this time my stay was average. The hotel has a musty smell, so I opened the window only to realize that my second floor room was easily accessible from the ground. The clerk was kind enough to switch my room to the 4th floor.
They’ve added a new laundry room, but it’s in the parking garage, which personally makes me feel unsafe.
Besides that, the amenities such as the free shuttle and mall express were convenient.
I would recommend it for a layover but not for a vacation.

GGuest UserMy flight has been canceled at Seattle airport. I booked this hotel temporarily. They have free shuttle bus from hotel to airport, about half an hour once. Room looks okay but a little bit old. Location is good.
