"The receptionist was very uninformative, when checking in, they didn't inform us that if you bring a car, you have to bring a parking ticket, while the car park is very far from the hotel, because it was close to work hours, I couldn't take it and went back to the hotel lobby again, but luckily I met a friendly mall security guard so I told him about my complaint and conveyed it to the parking attendant downstairs so I didn't pay 100 thousand. Please teach the receptionist how to serve their guests again. When asked what the solution was, they just answered that they didn't know, at least try to communicate with the mall parking attendant downstairs, check in date October 2nd - check out October 3rd morning at 8. Very disappointing"

"Lumayan bersih buat transit. Dekat stasiun, akses mudah. Walo sebelumnya ragu² krn ulasannya byk yg kecewa. Yg bener dari ulasan.. ada diminta bayar lagi 10k.pdhl sudah bayar di aplikasi. Baru pnginapan ini yg menerapkan aturan ada bayar lg di tempat."
