"There was urine and hair on toilet seat, so it obviously wasn't clean. Shower didn't appear clean either. Walls looked dirty in the room and bathroom door had a really bad paint job. The room smelled funny and had the tiniest fridge. Bed seemed okay and ac cooled well. It took a while to get checked in, because there was only one person doing that at the standard check in time. We were supposed to have a King size bed, but got two queens for some reason. This hotel has no competition in this area, and obviously raised rates for graduation events, but it isn't worth standard rate!"

The soundproofing of the walls was not very good. • Value for Money: At this price, there were no unexpected surprises or highlights; it's a case of "you get what you pay for." • Detailed Experience: The breakfast selection was rather ordinary, and the taste was mediocre. The Wi-Fi signal in the room was unstable in some areas."

"Mia and her staff do an excellent job. They are very hospitable & handle guest requests efficiently and effectively. The hotel is brand new - it just opened two months ago. The property is very well maintained and is conveniently located off of I-20. There is a Publix grocery store within walking distance."
