Easy access to the snowmobile/ATV trail 0.3 miles down the road. Home is in a country setting but is just 1.5 miles outside of Calumet. Driveway is 125 feet long providing plenty of room for multiple vehicles and trailers.Open concept living room/kitchen on the ground floor provides area for meal prep and dining. Two bedrooms with queen beds upstairs along with the bathroom. Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Smart TV including complimentary access to Hulu Live, ESPN+, and Disney+. Wifi available.
