"It's a kind of motel. If you planning to stay here, remember to prepare for drinking water. Tap water is not drinkable, but hotel doesn't provide water dispenser ( instead only ice dispenser, which I think stupid for the weather there is cold), and even no bottled water at all in the room, also no water kettle. Shops are quiet far, have to drive, and closed a bit early. So if you came late, no water, it might be a big problem. The room and bed is quite ok though."

"I drove on Highway 1 with my family and booked 3 one-night balcony rooms with full sea views through the platform from October 3rd to 4th, 2024. We checked out early the next morning on the 4th and continued on our way. Less than an hour after leaving the hotel, my family remembered that they had left a diamond necklace in the room. I immediately contacted the hotel via phone, email, and Ctrip platform. During the contact process, the Ctrip platform actively cooperated, but the hotel kept saying that nothing was found. Because they needed to rush to the next destination to handle matters, they did not immediately turn around and go back to the hotel to discuss. We deliberately drove 4 hours back to the hotel on the 5th, hoping to talk to the hotel's housekeeper in person, because we left the necklace on the morning of check-out, and saw that the housekeeper came in to clean it. After returning to the hotel, the manager said that the cleaning staff had finished get off work. Due to privacy concerns, I also understood that they could not provide me with the contact information of the cleaning staff. In the end, we returned without success. The family self-identified the missing location of the necklace, and I knew the chances of finding it were slim. You can't easily accuse a good person, but there are not many people who can doubt something. I understand that as a hotel, you can't doubt your own employees without 100% evidence. It can only be said that it is a pity. I hope that lessons can be learned. Netizens should remember to put away their valuables when staying in the hotel. Hopefully the lost necklace will help the person who stole it."

"I don't know if it's because there are fewer people staying in the off-season, so I was assigned a room at the end of the hotel. It seemed like no one had stayed there for a long, long time. The shower head couldn't be turned on by a lady like me. The front desk contacted the maintenance worker, and even the sturdy worker had to twist it hard. The worker said he couldn't fix it for me tonight, so he asked me to go to the front desk to coordinate. As a result, the front desk disappeared. The final solution was that the worker opened it for me, and I solved the shower problem first, but I had to leave the shower head to fate. 😃 Fortunately, there was a male friend traveling with me, otherwise I almost had to listen to the sound of water from the shower head all night. I contacted Ctrip halfway, and Ctrip asked me how to contact the front desk. Haha, I was tossed around until midnight before I could fall asleep. The experience was too bad"

"Was on room 134. The room is ok. They have a patio attached, the patio set is dirty. You cannot really use them. I arrived in Cambria around 10:39 had breakfast then went to Hearst Castle. Our check in time is at 4 pm. I got to the place around 3:45. There was a line, we waited about 10 minutes to checked in. Went to dinner at nearby restaurant. Got to our hotel at around 7pm went to bed at around 8pm looking forward to a goodnight rest. I was awaken by a LOUD stumping from upstairs at 9pm. That went on about 15 20 minutes . It was on and off. YOU could hear everything. The insulation from upstairs to downstairs room is unacceptable. I don’t t wish this on anyone staying there. I won’t be staying there in the future."
