"Excellent location and very responsive staff. Only issue is there is no air conditioning. We had to have a very noisy fan on all night so not much sleep. Also keep in mind no lifts and 3 flights of stairs. Tough with suitcases."

"We booked a Junior suite, what you get is a good size std room. Located in the back streets on a hill with good views of castle. Clean rooms. Reception check in 2 pm. On departure tried to include our room charge, showed our booking paper, removed, after 15 minutes still could not print a new charge sheet, could not provide restaurant purchases. Had to add up on calculator as we had to leave for Rome airport. Give their restaurant a big miss, we rate it a disaster,"

""Fancy" hostel can not be consider a hotel. Two stairs to reach the main entrance door. At check-in we received our room's and the main entrance's keys. At rooms, there were old bed sheets and black (!) towels. No close parking area, the recommended private parking is 10minutes walking distance."

"Avoid this place. I had an extremely negative experience. After booking, I was told that my 5-year-old child would require an additional €15 per day surcharge. Even more concerning, I was offered a discount on this extra fee if I agreed not to mention it to the booking agent. That raised serious questions about transparency and honesty. The condition of the accommodation was also unacceptable. There was visible black mold on the bathroom ceiling, something I would never expect in a property that is being rented to guests. The bathroom felt neglected and poorly maintained. Between the unexpected extra charges, the request to keep information from the booking platform, and the mold issue, this was one of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve had. I left feeling misled and would strongly recommend looking elsewhere."
