""Fancy" hostel can not be consider a hotel. Two stairs to reach the main entrance door. At check-in we received our room's and the main entrance's keys. At rooms, there were old bed sheets and black (!) towels. No close parking area, the recommended private parking is 10minutes walking distance."

"The B&B Ferrari Suite is well located in the historic centre of Campobasso, in front of the Cathedral. It is a great pity that when making the reservation they don't report that the building has no lift and that the rooms are on floor 4, more than 90 stairs. It was very disgusting for us adults, older people, to get up and down the bags without the help of anyone from the Ferrari Suite, despite having informed us about the time of arrival and the time we left the room. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable."

"Avoid this place. I had an extremely negative experience. After booking, I was told that my 5-year-old child would require an additional €15 per day surcharge. Even more concerning, I was offered a discount on this extra fee if I agreed not to mention it to the booking agent. That raised serious questions about transparency and honesty. The condition of the accommodation was also unacceptable. There was visible black mold on the bathroom ceiling, something I would never expect in a property that is being rented to guests. The bathroom felt neglected and poorly maintained. Between the unexpected extra charges, the request to keep information from the booking platform, and the mold issue, this was one of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve had. I left feeling misled and would strongly recommend looking elsewhere."
