"Pros: Friendly and welcoming, good service. Facilities: I was so focused on the sea view rooms that I assumed the entire property was located by the sea. I realized I was mistaken. The property we stayed in was located on the street, with the village in the back. It took a long walk and stairs to get to the beach. Dinner took about 20 minutes, and breakfast was about a six or seven-minute walk to the Party Committee Center. Cleanliness was okay, but I didn't know if the shampoo and shower gel were bottled or expired, so I didn't dare use them after seeing the dates."

Moreover, the guesthouse and the surrounding area are still under construction, the environment is messy and noisy... They only gave us one room key, even though we booked two rooms. Visiting other guests' rooms is inconvenient (because the refrigerator contains food, it's difficult to unplug it), and the housekeeper leaves at 8 PM, leaving the guesthouse unattended. The housekeeper lives far away, and when guests need her to open their rooms, she teaches them how to copy room cards on the front desk computer. What if someone with malicious intent copies a card for another room? Just thinking about it is terrifying! Also, if you're missing something like tissues or a toothbrush, you have to go downstairs to get it yourself. The blankets are just thrown on the floor at the bottom of the stairs, where bugs crawl around. Even worse, when the cleaning staff comes to clean the rooms after guests check out, they don't even change the sheets and duvet covers; they just shake them out, lay them flat, and then welcome the next group of guests… It's like the difference between a buyer's photo and the seller's photo! [laughing]"
