Great location. 10-15 minutes to the train station. 5-7 minutes to Carrefour (for grabbing takeout) and McDonald's (for those looking for something cheap and cheerful). The Cap D'Ail trail is also nearby for a morning stroll. The port of Fontvieille is also nearby. The Oceanographic Museum and Monaco-Ville are within easy reach. The room overlooks the port with its yachts and boats! Sit on the terrace and admire the beautiful sunset. I recommend it."

"Good location, great view. Next to Port de Cap d'Ail, there's a but stop in three minutes walk. Big room for you to rest, with nice mini bar and iron kit. Breakdast is available from 7 am to 11 am, you will Ave enough time to enjoy it. Gym is a bit small but there are dumbbells andtreadmills. Staffs are all nice. Will back to the hotel if I visit Monaco again."

"I chose the hotel, especially as I knew the area during the hotel election. But it wasn't. I was just driven to a car park and the park is a serious problem in the area. I found a difficult place. "We returned to this beautiful place for the second time, in the green, comfortable to visit the blue coast. We went from the villa to walk to visit the monk princess in less than half an hour we were at the port. That's beautiful. The villa is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday and discovering new places. Our apartment was spacious and well organized this time, thanks to the children always available (we had a problem with the coffee shop immediately replaced 🙏🏼). We advise all those who love independence and comfort"

"The apartment was nicely furnished, including an iron and ironing board, but very cramped for four people with luggage. The view was beautiful! The room had been superficially renovated, and the grout in the shower and the corners in the bathroom needed more thorough cleaning (mildew/limescale). The sliding doors were also very stiff, and one lock was broken. The outer lock worked, but didn't seem very professional or secure. The infinity pool is fantastic – fabulous view! A few things need repairing – the shower by the pool, the entrance gate, the light in the toilet, and some of the loungers were completely unusable. If you can overlook the above issues, it's a great property on a beautiful coast! The parking space in the garage is excellent. The staff at check-in/check-out are very friendly."

"Driving from Monaco to the hotel involves coming down a hill, which is easy to get lost on, and the GPS signal is poor. The hotel only has two floors. We stayed in a suite, and the air conditioning was very weak, practically nonexistent. The kitchen and living room were connected with a balcony, and the air conditioning there was decent. The room was spacious, but very expensive. Hotel accommodations are expensive in August."

The lobby staff provided average service, not proactively greeting or acknowledging guests, and seemed rather cold. In contrast, the driver was more friendly. The room was dusty, and the Wi-Fi was down for over 12 hours due to a malfunction."
