The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials, as well as a washer and dryer for your convenience.A cozy, hidden room off the kitchen has a twin trundle bed that turns into a full bed, a perfect reprieve for an afternoon nap.The open living area has vaulted ceilings, equipped with a Smart TV. A dining table sits in front of the picture window with a view of the Pacific Ocean. A fireplace provides ample heat to create a cozy feeling during the drafty winter months.The Bunk Room is equipped with four beds and has been home to many pillow-and-blanket forts. Plenty of sunlight pour in through the wall of windows.The master bedroom has a queen bed, an attached powder room, and a window that faces the beach, a perfect place to fall asleep listening to the crash of the waves and wake to the sounds of gulls.Winter Renters: during the winter months (December - March) there is a sand berm that is built in front of the house to protect the houses on the beach from winter storms.
